Viewing employee assignment details for change request
This page allows you to view the employee assignment details entered for the processed change request. The details such as the employee code, employee name, the dates of employee assignment and remarks regarding the employee assignment are displayed.
Select the “View Employee Assigned” link at the bottom of the “View MCM Information” page.
The “View Employee Assigned” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “Change Request Details” group box:
Change Request # |
The number identifying the change request that is processed. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the change request. |
Subject |
The textual description of the change request. |
Change Doc Type |
The type of the change document, which could be “MCR”. |
User Status |
The user status of the change request. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Employee Details” multiline:
Employee # |
The code identifying the employee assigned to the change request. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Start Date |
The date from which the employee is assigned to the change request. |
End Date |
The date till which the employee is assigned to the change request. |
Remarks |
Any remark or comment pertaining to the employee assignment. |
The system displays the following field:
Comments |
The comments entered for employee assignment. |
