The change request number selected in the “Process Change Request” page.

Revision #

The revision number of the change request.

Change Doc Type

The type of the change request, which could be “MCR”.

User Status

The user defined status assigned to the change request.

Subject

The textual description of the change request.

The system displays the following fields in the “Recommendations” group box:

Engineer’s Advice

The advice of the engineer regarding the change request.

Consequences of Compliance

The consequences or the effects of executing the change request.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

The consequences or the effects of not executing the change request.

Other Details

Any other details pertaining to the change request.

The system displays the following in the “Scenario Details” multiline:

Applicability Group #

The number identifying the applicability group for which the cost benefit analysis is performed.

Scenario

The number identifying the scenario.

Scenario Description

The description of the scenario.

One- Time Expenses

The one-time expenses that will be incurred on executing the change request.

One - Time savings

The one-time savings that will be achieved on executing the change request.

Recurring Expenses / Year

The expenses that will be incurred per year on executing the change request.

Savings / Year

The savings that will be achieved per year on executing the change request.

File Name

The name of the file that contains the cost benefit analysis details.

File Name

Process Change Request - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can view the details of the cost benefit analysis performed on the selected change request. The system displays the engineer’s advice pertaining to the change request, consequences of executing or not executing the change request and any other general information about the change request.

The system lists the applicability groups, various scenarios and against each scenario, the corresponding one time and recurring expense and savings, on executing the change request, is displayed.
