Viewing aircraft schedule information
In this page, you can view the schedule details for the aircraft for which the engineering document is applicable .Tell me more.
Select the “View Aircraft Schedules ” link at the bottom of the “Initialize Eng. Doc. Schedules” page.
The “View Schedule Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Engineering Document Details” group box: |
|
Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document number selected in the main page. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. |
User Status |
The user status of the engineering document. |
Change Doc Type |
The type of the engineering document, which could be “Engineering Document” .. |
Enter the following field:
Manufacturer # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the manufacturer of the aircraft. The system lists all the manufacturer codes of the aircraft models for which the engineering document is applicable. |
Variable Tab # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft tab number for which the schedule details must be viewed. The system displays all the tab numbers for which the engineering document is applicable. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the periodicity details for the engineering document, revision number and the aircraft tab number combination.
The system displays the following fields in the “Schedule Details” group box:
Compliance Date |
The system displays the earliest schedule date recorded against each parameter in the “Parameter Schedule Details” multiline, or the earliest schedule date in the “Date Based Schedule” group box. |
Schedule Type |
The schedule type of the engineering document , which could be “One-Time” or “Recurring”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Date based Schedules” group box: |
|
Threshold (Days) |
The maximum number of days or hours within which the selected engineering document must be performed, for the selected aircraft tab number. |
Repeat Interval (Days) |
The interval in which the engineering document must be repeated, for the selected aircraft tab number, in the case of recurring engineering document. |
Earliest Schedule Date |
The system displays the threshold date. If the threshold date is not specified, the system calculates the earliest schedule date as the sum of the threshold (days) and the issue date of the MCR or the Engineering Document created date. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Parameter Schedule Details” multiline:
Parameter |
The number identifying the consumption parameter in the aircraft. |
Earliest Schedule Date |
The system calculates the earliest schedule date as follows: Earliest Schedule Date = Current Server date +((Threshold Value - Current Value)/Utilization Value) |
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |
Threshold Value |
The maximum number of days or hours within which, the engineering document for the consumption parameter, is to be carried out. |
Repeat Interval |
The interval in which, the engineering document for the consumption parameter is to be repeated. |
Parameter Description |
The textual description of the paramter. |
Utilization Value |
The average value for the consumption parameter. |
Viewing aircraft schedule information – An overview
In this page, you can view the schedule details for the aircraft for which the engineering document is applicable. You can select an aircraft tab number and view its schedule details. The system displays the following:
The date on which the engineering document must be executed and whether it is a one-time or recurring engineering document.
The date based schedule details, such as the maximum days within which the engineering document must be executed, days within which the engineering document must be repeated and the earliest schedule date.
For the consumption parameter identified in the aircraft, the earliest schedule date, threshold value, repeat interval days, parameter description and utilization value are displayed.
Compliance date is calculated as the earliest schedule date of the parameter or the earliest schedule date in the date based schedule.
