Set Options for Customer Order – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to set default options for the various fields in the activities of the “Customer Order” business component. You can also modify the options that are already defined. You can set the following options in this activity:
Specify whether service price list selected for the customer order must be checked for its validity.
Indicate whether customer order must be approved or not.
Specify whether visit package, repair order or work scope can be automatically created against the customer order or not.
Suggest the option by which the visit package, repair order or work scope can be created – either on confirmation or on authorization of the customer order.
Specify whether work center capability for Auto created Visit Package,Work scope or Repair Order must be checked for executing the maintenance work.
Specify the numbering types for visit package, work scope or repair order creation.
Specify the numbering type for discrepancies associated with the customer order.
