Viewing work order execution details
Using this tab you can view the work order execution details.
Select the “Execution Document Details” tab, to view the work order execution details.
The system displays the following details in the “Execution Document Details” multiline.
Order # |
The number identifying the work order. |
Order Type |
The type of the work order, which could be “Component work Order” or “Repair Order”. |
Title |
The textual description of the work order. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part that has to be executed. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the part. |
Lot # |
The lot number of the part. |
Job Type |
The job type of the work order. |
Return Option |
The location to which the parts are to be returned after repair. |
Execution Facility |
The location where the work unit has to be performed. The execution facility could be either “In-House” or “Out Source”. |
Status |
The status of the work order. |
Part Desc. |
The textual description of the part. |
Select the “Edit Repair Order” link provided at the bottom of the page, to modify the repair order details.
Select the “Edit Component Work Order” link provided at the bottom of the page, to modify the work order details.
Select the “View Repair Order” link provided at the bottom of the page, to view the repair order details.
Select the “View Component Work Order” link provided at the bottom of the page, to view the work order details.
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the “Route To Shop For Repair” tab to create work scope/ component work order for the Component selected in the multiline.
Select the “Route For External Repair” tab to create a repair order.
