Viewing component maintenance program information
In this page you can view the maintenance program defined for the component. Tell me more .
Select the “View Component Maintenance Program” link in the “Select Component #” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked component ID in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Component Maintenance Program Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Component Details” group box:
Part # |
The number identifying the part to which the component belongs |
Part Description |
The textual description of part. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component. |
Component # |
The number identifying the component for which the maintenance program details are to be viewed |
Maintenance Process |
The maintenance process associated with the part, which could be “Hard-Time”, “On-Condition” or “Condition Monitoring”. |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter to which the component belongs. |
Attached to: Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number to which the component is currently attached. |
Installation Date |
The date and time at which the component was attached to the aircraft. |
Replacement Type |
The type of replacement, which can be “LRU” (Line Replacement Unit) or “SRU” (Shop Replacement Unit). |
Maint. Operator # |
The airline operator mapped to the component. |
The system displays the following in the “CMP Details” group box:
CMP Status |
The status of the component maintenance program, which could be “Fresh” or “Authorized”. |
User Status |
The user-defined status assigned to the component maintenance program. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the component maintenance program. This number represents the number of changes the component maintenance program has undergone. |
Remarks |
Additional remarks or comments pertaining to the modification of the component maintenance program. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Removal Details” group box:
Parent Removal |
The type of parent removal specified for the part. |
Specific Part # |
The number identifying the part that has been removed. |
The system displays the following in the “Maintenance Details” multiline
Program Group |
The program group under which the maintenance program for the component is classified. |
Maintenance Type |
The type of the maintenance to be performed on the part. The system displays one of the following: “Overhaul”, “Repair”, “Inspection”, “Others” etc., |
Work Unit # |
The number identifying the task, standard procedure or work package, to be performed as part of the work package. |
Program Item Type |
The program item type of the task to be performed on the part of the maintenance program, such as Base, Block, Perpetual, As Required, Non-Block and To be Decided. |
Default Exe. Priority |
The default execution priority set for the task with reference to other tasks in the maintenance program planned for the part. |
Initiated/Reset By |
The method for ascertaining the Next Schedule Value/Next Schedule Date for the work unit task, such as Self Compliance and Related Task Compliance. |
Reset on Attachment? |
Indicates whether to re-compute the Next Schedule Date / Next Schedule Value on attachment of the component to the aircraft. The system displays one of the following options:

Parent Item # |
The parent task associated with the work unit planned to be executed on the part. This field is applicable only if the Program Item Type is “Base”. |
Schedule Status |
The schedule status of the work unit in the maintenance program, such as Active”, ”Inactive” or “Terminated”. |
Maint. Operator # |
The airline operator mapped to the component. |
Execution Facility |
Indicates the place where the work unit has to be performed. The system displays one of the following: |

Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center where the work unit has to be performed. |
Time Unit |
The unit of measurement of the time that is being specified, which could: ”Hours” “Minutes” or “Days”. |
Est. Duration |
The time estimated for completing the task, standard procedure or work package. |
Turn Around Time |
The total time for which the component will be out of service, while it gets serviced. |
On-Wing? |
Indicates whether or not the work unit has to be performed on-wing. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”. |
Package Type |
The type of package against the given task. |
Ref. Document Type |
The type of the reference document. |
Ref Document # |
The number identifying the reference document. |
Ref Document Details |
The details of the reference document. |
Source Document Type |
The type of the source document. |
Source Document # |
The number identifying the source document. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the source document. |
Expense Type |
The expense type of the work unit that could be “Revenue” or “Capital”. |
Comments |
Additional remarks or comments pertaining to the inclusion of the work unit in the maintenance program. |
Work Unit Desc |
The textual description of the task, standard procedure or work package. |
Last Performed Date |
The date and time at which the work unit was last performed on the component. |
Link Info |
Indicates whether or not part, resource or schedule details are entered for the part maintenance program. The system displays one of the following: |

Created Date |
The date on which the component maintenance program was created. |

The name of the user who authorized the component maintenance program. |
Authorized Date |
The date on which the component maintenance program was authorized. |

Viewing component maintenance program information – An overview
In this page you can view the maintenance program defined for the component. The component number itself identifies the maintenance program. You can view the status for the component maintenance program, the user-defined status, the revision number and remarks on creating or modifying the component maintenance program.
You can also view whether or not the parent part has to be removed and taken to shop in order to perform the maintenance activity. You can view the part number to be removed.
You can also view the work unit of the task, standard procedure and work package type associated with the component maintenance program.
