This page allows you to view the details of the deferment request selected in the “Select Deferment Request” page. You can also view the details of the work unit for which the deferment request is raised.

The “View Deferment Request Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Deferment Request Details” group box:

Deferment Request #

The deferment request selected in the previous page.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Part #

The part number of the component on which the maintenance activity is performed.

Serial #

The serial number of the component on which the maintenance activity is performed.

Visit Package #

The visit package number to which the maintenance report is associated.

Revision #

The revision number of the visit package.

Work Center #

The work center where the visit package has to be executed.

Job Type

The job type of the work unit, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.

The system displays the following in the “Deferral Details” multiline:

Work Unit #

The work unit for which deferment request is generated.

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit as “Task”, “Procedure” or “Work Package”.

Maintenance Type

The type of the maintenance work, such as overhaul, repair and inspection, to be performed on an aircraft.

Schedule Date

The date on which the work unit is performed on the aircraft.

Reason Category

The quick code that defines the reason category for deferment.

Limit Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of deferment limit of the work unit. The system provides the options, “Time Based”, “Usage Based”, “Time & Usage Based” and “Indefinite Deferral”.

Requestor Comments

Any additional remarks by the requestor for deferring the work unit.

Regulatory Authority

The regulatory authority that defines the scheduled dates, compliance dates and compliance values for maintenance activities.

Approval #

The number that identifies the approver of the deferment request.

Approval Date

The date on which the deferment request was approved.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the work unit.

The system displays the following in the “Employee Details” group box:

Employee #

The employee code of the person who created deferment request.

Requestor Name

The name of the login user.

Work Phone #

The telephone number of the requestor’s work place.

Email

The email ID of the requestor.
