Viewing short term escalation details of a task
This page allows you to view the details of the short term escalation selected in the “Select Short Term Escalation” page.
Select the “View Short Term Escalation Details” link in the “Select Short Term Escalation” page.
The “View Short Term Escalation Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Short Term Escalation Details” group box:

The status of the short term escalation, which could be “Fresh”, Confirmed” ,“Processed”, "Rejected", “Cancelled or "Closed".“

The name of the employee who created the short term escalation. |
The system displays the following in the “Task Details” multiline:

The work unit for which short term escalation is generated |
Task Description |
The short name/description of the task. |
Due Date/Date/Value |
The Next Schedule Date/Next Schedule Value for the task. |
Reason Category |
The quick code that defines the reason category for deferment |
Escalated by FH |
The FH by which the task is deferred for execution. |
Escalated by FC |
The FC by which the task is deferred for execution |
Escalated by Days |
The days by which the task is deferred for execution |
Schedule Reset Basis |
The schedule reset basis for a task with a short term escalation reference. |
Line Status |
The line status of the task, which could be one of the following:

Requestor Comments |
Any additional remarks pertaining to the short term escalation |
Approval # |
The number that identifies the document that contains the approval information. |
Approval Date |
The date on which the short term escalation is approved. |
Approver Comments |
Any additional remarks by the approver pertaining to the action taken on the short term escalation. |
Regulatory Authority |
The regulatory authority that defines the scheduled dates, compliance dates and compliance values for maintenance activities |
Part # |
The part number of the component on which the maintenance activity is to be performed. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component on which the maintenance activity is to be performed. |
Maintenance Type |
The type of the maintenance work, which could be ”Overhaul”, ”Repair”, “Inspection” or ”Others”, to be performed on a component. |
Job Type |
The job type of the work unit, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”. |
Action |
The action taken on the short term escalation, which could be “Reject” or “Defer”. |
Parent Task # |
The Block task of the task. |
Job Status |
The job status of the task, such as Fresh, Pending, Allocated, Confirmed or Processed. |
Package # |
The planning document to which the task is allocated for execution. |
Eng Doc #/Rev # |
The engineering document and revision number, if the task has an engineering document reference. |
Component # |
The component on which the maintenance activity is to be performed. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the work unit to view its deferral limits.
The system displays the following:

The name of the user who created the short term escalation |
Created Date & Time |
The date on and time at which the short term escalation was created |
Confirmed by |
The name of the user who confirmed the short term escalation |
Confirmed Date & Time |
The date on and time at which the short term escalation was confirmed |
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the short term escalation |
Last Modified Date & Time |
The date on and time at which the short term escalation was last modified |

Select the “View Short Term Escalation Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the short term escalation details of the selected work unit.
Select the “View Consumption & Range Parameters (Component)” link for details on the consumption and range parameters of the component on which the task planned for execution.
Select the “View Consumption & Range Parameters (Aircraft) link for details on the consumption and range parameters of the aircraft on which the task is planned for execution.
View the “Associated Doc. Attachments” link for details on documents/files related to short term escalation request.
