Entering user defined details for the blanket purchase order
This page allows you to enter any user-defined information for the blanket purchase order.
Select the “Edit User Defined Details” link at the bottom of the “Create BPO” or “Edit BPO” page.
The “Edit User Defined Details” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component. |
The system displays the following in the “BPO Details” group box:
BPO # |
The number identifying the blanket purchase order. It can not be null.The identified number should be a valid number. |
BPO Date |
The date on which the BPO was created. |
Enter the following in the “BPO Details” group box:
BPO User Defined Detail 1 |
Any additional details pertaining to the BPO (Alphanumeric, 15). |
BPO User Defined Option 1 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option for the BPO. The system lists all the user-defined options that are in the “Active” status as defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |
BPO User Defined Detail 2 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the BPO (Alphanumeric, 15). |
BPO User Defined Option 2 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option for the BPO. The system lists all the user-defined options that are in the “Active” status as defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |
BPO User Defined Detail 3 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the BPO (Alphanumeric, 15). |
BPO User Defined Option 3 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option for the BPO. The system lists all the user-defined options that are in the “Active” status as defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |
BPO User Defined Detail 4 |
Any other additional details pertaining to the BPO (Alphanumeric, 15). |
BPO User Defined Option 4 |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined option for the BPO. The system lists all the user-defined options that are in the “Active” status as defined in the “Maintain User Options” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. |
Remarks |
Any other additional comments regarding the user-defined details recorded for the BPO (Alphanumeric, 255). Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Edit User Defined Details” pushbutton, to store the user-defined details entered.
The system stores the login ID of the user and updates the last modification date with the system date.
