Maintaining Employee Rate Information
Select the “Maintain Employee Rate Information” activity under the “Account Group” business component.
The “Maintain Employee Rate Information” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” section.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the Employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the Employee. |
Effective Date |
The date from which the Employee Rate Details is effective. |

The date till which the Employee Rate Details is effective. |
Additional Search |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the additional values based on which the search is performed. The system lists the options “Employee Type”, “Job Title” and “Labour Cost Category”. The system displays the value “Employee Type”, by default on launch of the page. |

In the editable field alongside, enter the value corresponding to the item selected. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results in the multiline.
Enter the following field in the “Employee Rate Details” multiline:
Emp. Code |
The unique code of the Employee. Help facility available. |
The system displays the following fields:
Emp. Name |
The name of the Employee. |
Emp. Type |
The type of the Employee. |
Job Title |
The job title of the Employee. |
Enter the following fields in the multiline:
Lab. Cost Category |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the labour cost category. The system lists all the Quick Codes defined under the entity ‘Labour Cost Category’ in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Quick Codes” business component. |
Normal Rate(Per Hr.) |
The normal rate of the employee per hour. |
Overtime Rate(Per Hr.) |
The overtime rate of the employee per hour. |
Eff. Date From |
The date from which the Employee Rate Details is effective for the employee. |
Eff. Date To |
The date till which the Employee Rate Details is effective for the employee. |

Additional information on the Employee Rate Information. |
Cost Center |
The cost center of the Employee Rate Information. Help facility available. |
Analysis Code |
The analysis code of the Employee Rate Information. Help facility available. |
Sub Analysis Code |
The sub analysis code of the Employee Rate Information. |

Additional information pertaining to the employee rate defined by the user. |
