Finance Posting of Event Based Book Information

Select the “Set Posting Finance Books” page.

The “Event Based Posting Book Information” tab page appears by default, on launch.

Enter the following in the “Defaults” group box:

Posting Finance Book

The code identifying the posting finance book to be associated with all the events identified in the multiline.

Help facility available

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Org Unit

The organizational unit of the event displayed.

Event

The event identified for the finance book postings. The system displays one or more of the following events based on the interaction of each business component with the Account Groups business component.

“Visit Package”
“Claim”
“Component Maintenance”
“Component WorkReporting”
“Line Maintenance”
“Goods Receipt”
“Unplanned Issuer”
“Loan Order”
“General Material Request”
“Purchase Order”
“Unplanned Receipt”
“Rental Order”

Enter the following field in the multiline:

Posting Finance Book

The code identifying the posting finance book to be associated with the specific event in the multiline.
