In this page, the system displays the details of the work order selected in the “Review Work Execution” page of the "Shop Work Order" business component. When a work order is selected in the left pane, the details of the work order are displayed in the respective tabs in the right pane. On selecting the links in the left pane, the corresponding details will be displayed in the multiline in the right pane. You can view details such as task details, part / resource estimates and actuals, comments, observation details, parameter details of the part / serial, part removal details, sign-off comments, timesheet details, status log, additional main core details and hold details of the task.

The “View Workorder Details” page appears.

The system displays the “Work Order” section in which the work order and its child work order are displayed in the following format:

Important Dates

The system displays the following dates in this section:

Plan St. Dt

The planned start date and time of the work order.

Plan End Dt.

The planned end date and time of the work order.

Actual St. Dt

The actual start date and time of the work order.

Actual End Dt.

The actual end date and time of the work order.

Projected Completion Date

The projected completion date for closure of the work order. The associated child work scope completion or delays, if any, must be considered here.

Target Date

The date of completion of the work order, irrespective of the scope of the child work orders.

Prom.  Del. Date

The promised delivery date in the customer order.

Cust. Receipt Date

“View Order Details” multiline

On selecting the “View Order Details” link in the left pane, the system displays the task details of the selected work order in the multiline in the right pane. The parent task, intermediate tasks and the operation tasks in the work order are displayed in a hierarchical chain in the multiline.

The system displays the following details in the multiline:

Child Work Order #

The code identifying the child work order.

Repair Order #

The repair order associated with the external task against which the part was sent to the repair agency.

Seq #

The sequence number of the task.

O. Seq #

The sequence number of the task, defined in the repair scheme.

Task #

The code identifying the task within the shop work order.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Revision #

The latest revision number of the task.

WBS Code

The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) code indicating the attributes that identify whether the task is executed for planning purpose or execution purpose.

Exec. Status

The execution status of the task, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Cancelled”, “Pre-closed”, “Closed” “Ext. Routed” or “Duplicate”.

Process Parameter dependency:

For externally-routed tasks, the display of the execution status will depend on the value set for the process parameter “Additional Display of Main Core routing status for Externally routed tasks in View Work Order?” under the entity type Shop Work Order Type and the entity All Work Order Types in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master. The table illustrates the functionality of the process parameter with regard to the execution status displayed in the field.

Parameter Value

Impact on the Exec. Status field in the View Workorder Details screen

1 for Yes

The Exec. Status field of the external task will display status of the external task along with the Main Core status. Example: Ext. Routed MC-Issued, Ext. Routed MC-Ext. Routed BER.

0 for No

The Exec. Status field will continue to display only the status of the external task as “Ext. Routed” even after the parts are received back from the repair agencies.

Est. Status

The estimation status of the task, which could be “Not Required”, “Pending Estimates”, “Pending Confirmation”, “Confirmed Estimates”, “Released Estimates” or “Re-estimates Required”.

User Status

The user status with respect to the work order.

Hold Status

The hold status of the task. The system displays the value “On Hold” if the task is on hold.

Exec. Action

The execution-related action to be performed on the task, which could be “Execute”, “Re-Execute “, “Cancel”, “Pre-Close”, “Already Complied”, “Not Applicable”, “Previously Complied” or “Duplicate Compliance”.

Work Scope Notes

Additional details related to workscoping of the tasks.

Eng. Instructions

Any comments provided to instruct the mechanic.

Separated?

Indicates whether the tasks can be moved from the parent work order to the child work order or not. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Part #

The code identifying the part against which the task is executed.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Disposition

Indicates the type of work performed on the part.

Routing Reqd.?

Indicates whether routing is required for a part after completing the required task. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Work Center #

The code identifying the work center that is responsible for SWO execution.

Exec. Priority

The priority of execution of the task.

Plan Start Date / Time

The planned start date and time of the task.

Plan End Date / Time

The planned end date and time of the task.

Actual Start Date / Time

The actual start date and time of the task.

Actual End Date / Time

The actual end date and time of the task.

Est. Elapsed Time

The estimated elapsed time for execution of the task.

Time UOM

The time unit in which the ‘Est. Elapsed Time’ is displayed. The system displays the value “Hours” or “Days”.

Actual Duration

The actual duration of completion of the task.

Repair Classification

The repair classification defined to differentiate the tasks which are over and above the contract (COA - Contract Over and Above) between the operator and the MRO.

Exec. Category

The execution category of the task.

Expense Type

The expense type of the work order, which could be “Revenue” or “Capital”.

CAPEX #

The capital expense proposal number applicable to the work order, if the Expense Type is “Capital”.

Exec. Phase

The execution phase of the task.

Under Warranty?

Indicates whether the main core is under warranty. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Repair Basis

The basis on which the repair scheme is acquired or modified for the execution of the task. The system displays one of the following values:

  • “OEM” - Indicates that the repair scheme is given by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

  • “MRO specific”  - Indicates that the repair scheme is modified based on MRO need.

  • “Operator specific” – Indicates that the repair scheme is modified based on operator need.

Repair Process Code

The repair process code that defines various repair processes that are performed on a component.

Eng. Doc #

The code identifying the Engineering Document, if the task is created in the Engineering Document.

Eng. Doc Rev. #

The revision number of the Engineering Document.

Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Event #

The event number identified for grouping the shop work order. The event number is a linkage between the parent work order and the child work order.

Parent Task #

The code identifying the parent task.

Root Task #

The code identifying the root task.

Part Desc

The textual description of the part against which the task is executed.

Comp #

The code identifying the component to which the part belongs.

Exec. Facility

The facility where the task is executed. The system displays the values ‘I’ which refers to “Internal” or ‘E’ which refers to “External”.

Repair Agency #

The preferred repair agency for repairing the part.

Compliance Date

The compliance date of the task.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the task belongs.

Forecast #

The forecast number available for the task, if the source document available for the task is “Component Maintenance Forecast”.

Est. Man Hours

“Part Estimates vs Actuals” multiline

In this section, you can view the part estimates / actuals recorded against the task in the work order.

The system displays the following fields:

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Seq #

The sequence in which the task is executed.

Task #

The unique code identifying the task.

Part Description

The textual description of the part against which the task is executed.

Requested Mfr. Part #

The number assigned to the requested part, by the manufacturer of the part.

Requested Part Mfr. #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the requested part.

Disb. Document

The code identifying the disbursal document which could be ‘MR document’ or ‘Issue document’.

UoM

The unit of measurement for the part.

Std. Qty.

The standard quantity of parts for the completion of the task.

Est. Qty.

The estimated quantity of parts required to complete the task.

Req. Qty.

The confirmed quantity of parts required for completion of the task.

MR Qty

The quantity of parts requested in the material request, for the execution of the task.

Issue Qty.

The quantity of parts issued against the material request.

Used Qty.

The quantity of parts that was used against the issued quantity.

 

 

New Part?

Indicates whether the part requested is a new part or not. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Need Frequency

Indicates whether the part is mandatory for the execution of the task. The system displays the options “As Required” or “Always”.

Reconcile Qty – Excess

The quantity of returnable parts that are expected to be returned to the warehouse, but not returned.

Reconcile Qty – Core

The quantity of core-returnable parts that are expected to be returned to the warehouse, but not returned.

Pending Return Qty

The remaining quantity of parts that need to be returned after usage.

Pending Return Qty – Core

The remaining quantity of core parts that need to be returned after usage.

Returned Qty – Excess

The quantity that has been returned with 'Return Basis' as "Excess". It represents the quantity of unused parts returned to the warehouse.

Returned Qty – Core

The quantity that has been returned with 'Return Basis' as "Core". It represents the quantity of core parts returned to the warehouse.

Issued Part Description

The textual description of the part issued.

Issued Part #

The code identifying the part issued.

Issued Mfr. Part #

The number assigned to the issued part, by the manufacturer of the part.

Issued Part Mfr. #

The manufacturer number of the issued part.

Issued Lot #

The lot number of the issued part.

Work Center #

The code identifying the work center in which the task that belongs to the current SWO, is executed.

Requested Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse from which the part is requested.

Requested Stock Status

The stock status of the part requested.

MR Priority

The priority assigned to the material request, which could be one of the following:

  • Normal – Indicates that material request is raised for parts that pertain to the usual requirement of an aircraft.

  • AOG – Indicates that material request raised for the aircraft on ground.

Request Mode

The mode in which the part is requested. The system displays one of the following options:

  • Normal - Indicates that the part is requested normally.

  • Force Req. – Indicates that the part requested is not effective to the main core.

  • Conditional Req. – Indicates that the part requested is effective or conditionally effective to the main core.

Part Type

The type of the part requested. The various part types could be "Raw Material”, “Component”, “Expendable”, “Tool”, “Consumable”, “Kit” or "Miscellaneous".

Issued Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse from which the part has been issued.

Issued Stock Status

The stock status of the part issued.

Issue Basis

The issue basis of the material request, which could be “Returnable”, “Non-Returnable” or “Core Returnable”.

Issue #

The code identifying the issue document.

MR Source

The source document referred in MR, which could be ‘SWO’ when MR is raised during execution of task in the shop.

Substitute Type

The type of substitute for the part. The system displays the options “Specific Alternate “,''Not Allowed” or “NHA”.

Substitute Part #

The number identifying the part, which can be issued in place of the requested part, if the requested part number is not available.

MR Status

The status of the material request generated, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Authorized”, “Canceled”, “Partially Issued”, “Partially Received”, “Short Closed” and “Closed”.

Requirement Type

“Resource Estimates vs Actuals” multiline

This section displays the resource estimates / actuals recorded against the task in the work order.

The system displays the following fields:

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Seq #

The sequence in which the task is executed.

Task #

The unique code identifying the task.

Resource Type

The type of the resource required for the execution of the task, which could be “Skills”, “Tools”, “Equipment” or “Others”.

Resource #

The code identifying the resource required for the execution of the task.

Resource Description

The textual description of the resource.

Est. Nos

The estimated number of resources required to complete the task within the work order.

Est. Time

The estimated elapsed time required for the resource to complete the task.

Time Unit

The time unit in which the estimated elapsed time is displayed.

Std. Nos

The standard number of resources for completing the task within the work order.

Actual Nos

The actual number of resources utilized for the completion of the task.

Actual Time

The actual time taken for the completion of the task.

Time Unit

The time unit in which the actual time is displayed.

From Date / Time

The date and time from which the resource started work on the task.

To Date / Time

The date and time up to which the resource worked on the task.

Facility Object Code

The code identifying the facility object. A facility object refers to an object in a facility that is already defined in the Work Center business component or a part that is already defined in the “Part Administration” business component

Std. Time

The standard time required for the resource to complete the task.

Reqd. Nos

The confirmed number of resources required to complete the task within the work order.

Reqd. Time

The time required for the resource to complete the task, after confirmation.

Est. Remarks

Any comments related to the resource estimation.

Estimation Status

Indicates the estimation status of the task, which could be “Not Required”, “Pending Estimates”, “Pending Confirmation”, “Confirmed Estimates”, “Released Estimates” or “Re-estimates Required”.

Hold Status

The hold status of the task. The system displays the value “On Hold” if the task is on hold.

Exec. Status

The execution status of the task, which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-Progress”, “Complete”, “Pre-closed”, “Closed”.

Used Value

The actual number of resources utilized.

Used UoM

The unit of measurement of the resource.

Repair Classification

The serial number of the child part which is removed from the parent part.

Rem. Comp. #

The code identifying the component which is removed from the parent component.

Position Code

The position code from which the component is removed.

Work Order #

The code identifying the work order against which the removal has happened.

Disposition

Indicates the type of work performed on the part.

Exec. Status

The execution status of the task which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-Progress”, “Complete”, “Cancelled”, “Pre-closed”, “Closed” “Ext. Routed” or “Duplicate”.

Hold Status

The hold status of the task, which could be “On Hold”.

Repair Agency #

The preferred repair agency for repairing the part.

Repair Order #

The code identifying the repair order is displayed here, when the part sent to external agency for repair.

Attachment Status

The attachment status of the part, which could be “Remove”, “Attach” or “Replace”.

NHA Part #

The parent part number of the removed part.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the parent part.

NHA Component #

“Employee Timesheet Details” multiline

This section displays the timesheet booking details of the employee. All records of Booking Type “Direct”, “In-direct” and “Workscoping” are retrieved and displayed here.

The system displays the following fields:

Emp. Name

The name of employee for whom timesheet booking is done.

Emp. #

The code of the employee for whom timesheet booking is done.

Task #

The code identifying the task against which the timesheet is booked for the employee.

Parent Task #

The code identifying the parent task.

Root Task #

The code identifying the root task.

Task Description

The textual description of the task against which the timesheet is booked for the employee.

From Time

The date and time from which timesheet booking is done.

To Time

The date and time until which timesheet booking is done.

Worked Hrs

The total worked hours of the employee.

Attendance Type

The attendance type for the employee.

Repair Classification

The repair classification used to differentiate the tasks which are over and above the contract (COA - Contract Over and Above) between the operator and the MRO.

Booking Type

The timesheet booking type of the employee, which could be “Direct”, “In-direct” or “Workscoping”.

Timesheet Status

The status of the timesheet, which could be “Fresh”, “Authorized”, Confirmed”, “Pending Authorization” or “Not Required”.

Created by

The name of the login user who started the clock for timesheet booking.

Created Dt & Time

The date and time at which the clock was started for timesheet booking.

Updated by

The name of the user who is authorized to modify the timesheet details.

Updated Dt &Time

The date and time at which the timesheet details were modified.

Skill

“Shop Findings” multiline

The details of the observations recorded during execution of the task, details of the discrepancy reported and the corrective taken against the discrepancy, are displayed in the section. The corrective action is displayed in the descending order of date and time, in a tree structure in which the latest corrective action is displayed first.

The system displays the following fields:

Finding Type

The finding type recorded during execution of the task, which could be “Observation” or “Discrepancy”.

Finding Description

The textual description of the observation /discrepancy recorded.

Reported by

The employee code of the user who reported the observation /discrepancy.

Reported Dt & Time

The date and time at which the observation /discrepancy was reported.

Finding #

The code identifying the observation /discrepancy.

Disc. Status

The status of the discrepancy, which could be “Under Resolution” , “Pending Deferral” , “Deferred” , “Closed” , “Transferred” or “Cancelled”.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the discrepancy is reported.

Disc. Type

The type of the discrepancy, which could be “PIREP”, “MIREP” or “Non-Routine”.

Reference #

The reference number of the discrepancy.

Corrective Action

A description of the corrective action taken against the discrepancy.

Corrective Action Dt & Time

The date and time at which the corrective action was reported.

Corrective Action by

“Comments” multiline

The “Comments” multiline displays all the comments e.g. sign-off comments, workscoping comments, employee comments and execution related comments recorded against all the tasks in the work order.

The type of the comments recorded against the task. The possible values are “Sign-off Comments”, ‘Employee Comments” or “Execution Comments”.

Task #

The task against which the comments are recorded.

Task Description

The textual description of the task against which the comments are recorded.

Seq #

The sequence number of the task.

Sub Task Description

The textual description of the sub task.

Comments

The description of the comments recorded against the task.

Employee #

The code of the employee who recorded the comments.

Employee Name

The name of the employee who recorded the comments.

Updated Date & Time

The date and time at which the comments were updated.

Skill

The skill code of the employee who recorded the comments.

Resource Group

“View Sign-Off Information” multiline

This section displays sign-off comments recorded against all the tasks in the work order.

The system displays the following fields:

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

The sequence number of the task.

The code identifying the task against which the sign-off comments were recorded.

Task Status

The status of the task

Sub Task Description

The textual description of the sub task.

Sign-Off Status

The sign-off status of the task, which could be

  • “Pending Inspector” - Select this option to retrieve the tasks for which sign-off is pending for the inspector.

  • “Pending Mechanic” - Select this option to retrieve the task for which sign-off is pending for the mechanic.

  • “Pending Mech. & Insp.” - Select this option to retrieve the tasks for which sign-off is  pending for the mechanic and inspector.

  • “Pending Signoff” - Select this option to retrieve all the tasks pending for sign-off.

  • “Pending RII” - Select this option to retrieve the task pending for RII.

  • “Signed Off” - Select this option to retrieve the signed-off tasks.

  • “Not Required” - Select this option to retrieve the tasks for which sign-off requirements are identified as “Not Required” in the “Maintenance Task” business component.

Exec. By

The code of the employee who performed sign-off.

RII Sign-Off

The code of the employee who performs RII sign-off.

Addl Sign-Off

The code of the employee who performs additional sign-off.

Resource Group

The resource group to which the employee belongs.

Skill Code

The skill code of the employee who performed sign-off.

Sign Off Date & Time

The date on and time at which the mechanic / inspector signed off the task.

Note: If the user has not specified this field, the system sets the sign off date & time to the reported date & time field as provided in the header of the page. However, if the Reported Date & Time field has not been specified, the system sets this field to the current date & time in the station of the work center in which the package is scheduled for execution.

Exec. Date & Time

The date on which sign-off was done.

Sign-Off Comments

From Value

Indicates the status of the task or work order before change.

To Value

Indicates the status of the task or work order after change.

Date & Time

The date and time at which the status change occurs.

Changed By

The code identifying the component that is removed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part removed.

Removal Qty.

The quantity of the parts removed.

Initial Disposition

The type of the work performed on the part removed.

On Part #

The code identifying the part which is attached.

On Serial #

The serial number of the part which is attached.

On Component #

The code identifying the component which is attached to the parent component.

Attached Qty.

The quantity of the parts attached to the parent part.

Serial Type

Indicates whether the serial number of the part removed is new or existing already. The system displays the values “Existing” or “New”.

Removed MSN #

The manufacturer serial number of the removed part.

Remarks

Any additional comments related to the attachment or removal of the part.

File Name

The name of the file related to attachment, removal or replacement of the component.

Position Code

The number identifying the position code in the aircraft from which the component must be removed.

NHA Part #

The parent part number of the removed part.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the parent part.

NHA Comp #

The component ID that uniquely identifies the parent part number and the parent serial number.

Removed Task #

The code identifying the task against which the part is removed.

Attached Task #

The code identifying the task against which the part is attached.

Comp. Removal #

The component removal number that is generated during removal of the part.

Comp. Attachment #

The Component Replacement # through which the attachment occurs.

Removal Work Order

The shop work order number against which the part removal occurs.

Attachment Work Order #

The shop work order number against which the attachment happens.

Generated Work Order

The code identifying the manufacturer of the associated main core part.

Serial #

The serial number of the associated main core part.

Part Description

The textual description of the associated main core part.

Lot #

The lot number of the associated main core part.

Qty.

The quantity of the main core part associated to the existing main core.

Stock Status

The stock status of the associated main core.

Modified Part #

The code identifying the modified part in the shop work order.

Modified Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer part number of the modified part.

Modified Mfr. #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the modified part.

Note: The system displays “Modified Mfr. Part # - Modified Mfr. #” combination, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” under the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. If the parameter is set as “No”, the system displays the “Modified Part #”.

The modified part – serial - lot details are displayed in this multiline, if ‘Multiple Cores?’ is set as “Yes” for the Sop Work Order. The sequence number of the task.

Mfr. Part #

The number issued by the manufacturer of the part against which the parameters are recorded.

Mfr. #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the part.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Parameter #

The code identifying the parameter recorded against the part.

Parameter Description

The textual description of the parameter.

Value

The value of the parameter.

Exec. Remarks

Any remarks related to the execution of the task.

Permitted Values

The permitted value of the parameter.

Update Dt. & Time

The date and time at which the parameter details are updated.

Updated by

The type of the execution document which could be AME or SWO.

Exec. Order #

The number identifying the execution order.

Task #

The code identifying the task for which work hold details are displayed.

Task Description

The textual description of the task.

Seq #

The sequence number of the task.

Customer Order #

The code identifying the customer order raised for performing the task.

Hold Code

The hold code associated to the hold.

Hold Comments

Any additional information pertaining to the hold.

From date & Time

The date and time from which the task is put on hold.

To Date & Time

The date and time until which the task is put on hold.

Duration

The time period during which the task is put on hold.

Time Unit

The time unit in which duration is displayed. The values displayed are “Hours”, “Minutes” or “Days”.

Release Comments

Any additional information pertaining to the release of the hold.

Delayed?

Indicates whether the hold is delayed for releasing. This could be “Yes” or “No”.

Response by

The name of the login user who has given response for a particular hold on task.

Response Dt & Time

The date and time at which the response is made for the hold.

Hold Category

The category of the hold code.

Hold Type

The type of hold which could be direct or derived.       

  • Direct hold – A hold put directly on a particular task only.

  • Derived hold – A hold put on the task directly as well as derived hold put on packages and all the tasks in a work order / customer order.

Held Doc. Type

The type of document through which holds have been made, which could be MR or SWO.

Held Doc #

The code identifying the document through which holds have been made.

Held Entity Type

The entity type put on hold, which could be “Task”.

Held Entity #

The number identifying the entity which is the task number for which indirect hold has been put.

Initiated by

The code identifying the person responsible for initiating work hold.

Released by

The code identifying the person responsible for releasing the work hold.

Customer #

The code identifying the person responsible for releasing the work hold.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Order Description

The textual description of the customer order.

Created Date & Time

The date and time at which the record was created.

Last Modified Date & Time

Viewing order details

This tab allows you to view the details of the shop work order such as shop work order number, order description, job type, main core details such as part number, manufacturer part number, manufacturer number, serial number, stock status of the main core, etc. and the workscoping details.

This tab appears by default, in the “View Work order Details” page.

Order Details

The system displays the following:

SWO #

Indicates the shop work order for which details are retrieved.

Order Description

The textual description of the work order.

Status

The status of the shop work order, which could be which could be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Planned”, “In-Progress”, “Completed”, “Cancelled”, “Pre-closed”, “Closed” or “Ext. Routed”.

Job Type

The job type of the shop work order, which could be one of the following:

  • “Engine” – Indicates that work order is created for the engine.

  • “Component” – Indicates that work order is created on a part whose part type is “Component”.

  • “Piece Part” – Indicates that work order is created on a part whose part type is non-component.

  • “Make” – Indicates that work order is created for parts that are being fabricated at the work center.

  • “Facility” – Indicates that work order is created for maintenance of equipments or tools that are used for maintenance of parts.

  • “Project” – Indicates that work order is created for specific projects.

  • “Miscellaneous” – Indicates that work order is created for any other general work.

Primary Work Center

The code identifying the work center that is responsible for SWO execution.

Event #

The event number identified for grouping the shop work order. The event number represents a visit and is a linkage between the parent work order and the child work order(s).

Main Core Details

The system displays the following in the “Main Core Details” group box:

Part #

The code identifying the main core part

Mfr. Part #

The number issued by the manufacturer of the main core part.

Mfr. #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the main core part.

Note: The system displays the “Mfr. Part #” and “Mfr. #” fields, and hides the “Part #” field, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” under the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. If the parameter is set as “No”, the system displays only the “Part #”.

Serial #

The serial number of the main core part.

Component #

The code identifying the main core component.

Multiple Cores?

Indicates whether additional cores are associated to the same work order. The system displays the options “Yes” or “No”.

The system displays “No”, by default.

Note: The system lists only the value “No” in the drop-down box, if the ‘Job Type’ is set as “Engine”, “Component” or “Facility”.

Main Core Status

The status of the main core component, which could be “Not Applicable”, “Pending Issue”, “Issued”, “Ext. Routed”, “Ext. Routed-BER” or “Ext. Routed-Exchange”.

  • Not Applicable – Indicates that the main core status is not applicable to the work order. This value is displayed if the process parameter 'Prevent Order Exec. With Main Core Not Issued?' is set as “No” for the SWO Type in the “Common Master” business component.

  • Pending Issue – This value is displayed when a Material Request is generated for the main core.

  • Issued – This value is displayed when an issue has happened against the request.

  • Ext. Routed – The system displays this value, if for the Part # / Serial #, a Repair Order is created with ‘Auto Return’ service.

  • Ext. Routed-BER – This value is displayed when the main core sent to the external Repair Agency is deemed as Unserviceable i.e. Beyond Economic Repair (BER).

  • Ext. Routed-Exchange – This value is displayed if the Repair Order created is of type 'Exchange' and if a different component is sent back from the Repair Agency.

Stock Status

The stock status of the main core.

Part Description

The textual description of the main core part.

The other fields such as “Lot #”, “Qty.”, “Mfg. Serial #”, “Mfg. Lot #”, “Facility Object #”, “Facility #” and “Description” appear selectively in the “Main Core Details” section, based on the ‘Job Type’.

If the ‘Job Type’ is “Facility”, part # -serial # details are disabled and the following fields are enabled:

Facility Object #

The code identifying the facility object. A facility object refers to a facility that is already defined in the Work Center business component or a part that is already defined in the “Part Administration” business component.

Facility #

The code identifying the facility. A facility is a tool or equipment used to execute maintenance jobs on aircraft and aircraft-related components.

Description

The textual description of the facility is displayed here.

Part/Serial/Lot modification details

The system displays the following fields in the “Part/Serial/Lot modification details” group box:

Modified Part #

The code identifying the modified part in the engineering document.

Modified Mfr. Part #

The manufacturer part number of the modified part.

Modified Mfr. #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the modified part.

Modified Serial #

The serial number of the modified part in the engineering document.

Modified Lot #

The lot number of the modified part in the engineering document.

Workscoping Details

The system displays the following fields in the “Workscoping Details” group box:

Workscoping Status

The workscoping status of the work order. The system displays one of the following values:

  • Initial – Indicates that workscoping is defined for the work order at the initial level.

  • Final - Indicates that workscoping is defined for the work order at the final level, during the release of the work order.

  • Revised – Indicates that workscoping is defined after revisions are made to the work order.

Revision #

The revision number of the work order after release.

Action on Revision

Indicates the latest action performed on the work order. The system displays one of the following values:

  • Upgrade – Indicates that the existing task(s) that are selected are upgraded to a higher level workscoping task(s), to perform required maintenance procedures.

  • Addition – Indicates that more workscoping tasks are added to the already existing workscoping tasks in order to perform required maintenance procedures.

Comments

Viewing order execution details

You can view the execution details of the work order, such as order priority, category, plan start / end date and time of the work order, repair classification to which the work belongs, order class whether the work orders are internal or external.

Execution Details

The system displays the following details in the “Execution Details” group box:

Order Category

The category to which the work order belongs.

Order Priority

The priority assigned to the work order.

User Status

The user-defined status of the task.

CoM Req?

Indicates whether Certification of Maintenance (CoM) is required for the shop work order. CoM is a document that is generated to certify the maintenance work executed on an item. CoM is issued when the maintenance work affects another employee’s work, directly or indirectly and hence requires certification by an authority.

Plan Start Date /  Time

The plan start date and time of the work order.

Plan End Date / Time

The plan end date and time of the work order.

Work Requested

The type of the work requested in the customer order raised for the shop work order.

Repair Process Code

The repair process code that defines various repair processes that are performed on a component.

Order Class

The class to which the shop work order belongs. The system displays one of the following values:

  • Internal – Indicates that the work order is an internal work order that is basically created for the MRO use.

  • External – Indicates that the work order is external i.e. customer based.

Repair Classification

The repair classification specified in order to differentiate the tasks which are over and above the contract (COA - Contract Over and Above) between the operator and the MRO.

Accounting Details

The system displays the following details in the “Accounting Details” group box:

Expense Type

The expense type of the work order, which could be one of the following:

  • Revenue - Indicates that the work order is of expense type “Revenue”.

  • Capital - Indicates that the work order is of expense type “Capital”.

CAPEX #

The capital expense proposal number applicable to the work order.

Part Modification Details

The system displays the following details in the “Part Modification Details” group box:

Note: This group box appears only if ‘Job Type’ for the shop work order is “Piece Part”.

New Part #

The new part number available in the shop work order.

New Mfr. Part #

The new manufacturer part number available in the shop work order.

New Mfr. #

The manufacturer of the new part, available in the shop work order.

Note: The system displays “New Mfr. Part # - New Mfr. #” combination, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” under the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. Viewing part disposition and movement details

In this tab you can view disposition and movement details of the main core. You can view initial and final disposition details indicating the type of the work to be performed on the part removed, whether any fault is found during inspection of the part, current location of the part, location where the main core must be returned after the work is completed, etc.

Part Disposition Details

The system displays the following field in the “Part Disposition” group box:

Initial Repair Disp.

Indicates the type of the work to be performed on the main core, during the initial stage.

Final Rep. Disp.?

 The type of the work i.e. repair, replace, exchange, etc. to be performed on the main core, during the final stage (for example, after work order generation).

 

Disposition Remarks

Any remarks, related to the disposition of the part.

NFF?

Indicates whether any fault is found during inspection of the part. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

BER

Indicates whether the servicing of the component is beyond economic repair (BER) or not. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Core Movement Details

The system displays the following field in the “Core Movement Details” group box:

Current Loc.

The current location of the main core.

Next Move

The location where the main core has to be moved after the execution of a particular task.

Final Movement

The location where the main core must be returned after the entire work is completed. The system displays one of the following options concatenated with the location (i.e. Work Center # / Warehouse #) to which the main core is returned:

  • Not Applicable

  • Return to specified WH

  • Return to specific Work Center

  • Return to Prime WC

  • Return to Top Assy. WC

  • Return to org. WC

  • Return to A/C

  • Return to Supplier

  • Return to Customer

  • Return to Customer Consignment

Movement Remarks

Customer #

The unique code identifying the customer for whom the customer order is created.

Order Desc.

The textual description of the customer order.

Source Cust. Order # / Rev #

The code identifying the source customer order and the revision number of the source customer order.

Customer #

The code identifying the customer, with reference to the source customer order.

Contract #

The code identifying the contract that is available for the shop work order.

Work Scope Code

The workscoping number of the work order.

A/C Execution Details

The system displays the following fields “A/C Execution Details” group box:

Exe. Ref #

The code identifying the execution reference document. AME # or SWO # is displayed here based on the Exec. Ref. Type.

Aircraft Reg. #

The code identifying the aircraft to which the main core belongs.

Work Center #

The work center defined for the aircraft.

Parent SWO #

The system displays the type of the parent shop work order in this field. The code identifying the parent work order is displayed as a hyperlink alongside.

Root SWO #

The system displays the type of the root work order in this field. The code identifying the root work order is displayed as a hyperlink alongside.

Source Parent SWO #

The type of the source parent work order. The code identifying the source parent work order is displayed alongside as a hyperlink.

The code identifying the source customer order and the revision number of the source customer order.

Removal Details

The system displays the following fields in the “Removal Details” group box:

Rem. From A/C Reg # / MSN #

The registration number of the aircraft from which the component / main core for which the work order is created, is removed. The manufacturer serial number of the aircraft from which the component / main core is removed, is displayed alongside.

Removed from Part # / Serial #

The code identifying the part # of the engine from which the component is removed / serial number of the engine from which the component is removed.

Reason for Removal

The cause of removal of the component from the aircraft

Removal Date & Time

The date and time at which the component is removed from the aircraft.

SOS Disposition

The ship or shelf (SOS) disposition of the main core. The system displays the values “Confirmed Failure”, “Suspected Failure”, “No Fault Found” or “Not Applicable”.

Initial Discrepancy Count

The total number of discrepancies reported for the Main Core Part # / Serial # and the Child Part # / Serial #, in “Pending” status.

Supplier Warranty Details

The system displays the following fields in the “Supplier Warranty Details” group box:

Under Warranty?

Indicates whether the main core is under warranty. The system displays the value “Yes” or “No”.

Warranty Agreement # / Supplier #

A unique number identifying the warranty agreement or the code identifying the supplier of the component.

Warranty Ref. #

The number identifying the warranty reference document created for the main core.

Customer Warranty Details

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Warranty Details” group box:

Warranty Requested?

Indicates whether warranty is requested for the main core. The system displays “Yes” or “No”.

Warranty Resolution

The decision of the Customer Service Manager (CSM) regarding the status of the warranty requested for the main core.  The system displays one of the following values:

  • Accepted - Indicates that the warranty request for the main core is accepted.

  • Rejected – Indicates that the warranty request for the main core is rejected.

  • Partial - Indicates that the warranty request for the main core is accepted under certain terms and conditions.

Warranty Notes

The details of the warranty agreement.

Ownership Details

The system displays the following fields in the “Ownership Details” group box:

Ownership / Owning Agency #

Indicates the ownership type of the aircraft, which could be “Owned”, “Leased”, “Leased Out” or “Customer”. The code identifying the agency who owns the aircraft, is displayed alongside.

Exchange Contract?

Indicates whether the main core is covered under exchange contract with the supplier or not. The system displays the options, “Not Covered” or “Covered”.

PBH Coverage

Indicates whether the main core is under PBH (Power By Hour) coverage or not.
