Ramco Performance Monitor
This activity provides a snapshot to monitor the entire Ramco application usage.
Select the “Ramco Performance Monitor” activity under the “Ramco Performance Monitor” business component..
The “Ramco Performance Monitor” page appears.
The Ramco Performance Monitor page is divided into four sections;
Application Workload (Userwise) Last 5 days
The Application Workload (Userwise) section shows the total number of users who have logged into the application for the last 5 days
The information showed here helps to know the total number of users who have logged into the application for the time period 1 hour to 24 hours on that day. The different days are marked in different colors. To find the number of users for the time period against the day, keep the cursor on each of the coordinates in the graph. For example, the system displays May 10 2011, 13, 11 indicating the day, the hour and the number of users who have logged into the system.
Application Usage (Rolewise) Last 5 days
The Application Workload (Rolewise) section displays the total number of tasks the have been executed role wise in the application for the last 5 days.
This information helps to know the total number of transactions in hundreds and thousands executed role wise in a bar diagram.
Deadlock Summary Last 5 days
The Deadlock Summary section depicts the number of deadlocks that happen per day. When multiple users are using the application, database process blocking happens and waits for each other for completion which leads to a situation that one process has to be killed and transaction has to be rolled back as deadlock victim which is recorded in the data base.
Average Response Time Last 5 days
The Average Response Time section displays the total average response time for completing transaction for the last 5 days.
The information showed here helps to know the time taken in seconds for completing transactions on that day under a time period.
The different time periods namely 0-6 Hrs, 06-11 Hrs, 11-16 Hrs and 16-24 Hrs are marked in different colors. To find the average response time for the time period against the day, keep the cursor on each of the coordinates in the graph. For example, the system may display 0-6 Hrs, Apr 12 2011, 105 indicating the time period, the day and the average response time in seconds for completing the transactions.
