Manage Sale Quote – A summary of the activity
This activity helps you to create and record quotation details for a customer order. The various tab pages enables you to maintain quotation information. The quote can be firm or estimated. A firm quote cannot be modified as it is based on the actuals whereas the estimated quote can be re-quoted. There is also provision for multilevel approval of quote based on the total quote value.

What you can do in this activity
4 Use the “Manage Quote” page to create a quotation.
4 Click the “Manage Quote” link.
4Use the “Select Customer Order - Service” page to select the quote to be modified.
4 Click the “Manage Quote” link.
4 Click the “Save Quote Info.” pushbutton to save the modifications made.
4Use the “Select Customer Order - Service” page to select the quote to be modified.
4 Use the “Manage Sale Quote” page to modify a contract.
4 Click the “Confirm” pushbutton to confirm a quotation.

4 Go to the “Approve Sale Quote” page to approve a contract.
4 Select the “Manage Quote” link in the “Approve Sale Quote” page.
4 Click the “Save Main Contract Info.” to save the revisions made to the contract.
4Use the “Select Customer Order - Service” page to select the quote to be cancelled.
4 Use the “Manage Quote” page to cancel a quotation.
4 Click the “Cancel” pushbutton to cancel a contract.
