Viewing documents selected for adjustment
This page allows you to view the details of the documents against which the invoice can be adjusted. You can view the finance book in which the invoice and the document details are available. You can also view the balance due to the supplier as on a date.
Select the “Adjustment” link at the bottom of the “View Invoice” page.
The “Adjustment” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Invoice # |
The number identifying the order based invoice or the delivery charges invoice. |
Status |
The status of the invoice. It could be "Draft", "Fresh", "Returned", "Matched", "Automatch Failed", "Forcematch Failed", “Requested”, “Partly Paid”, “Paid”, “Held Authorized”, “Held Requested”, “Held Partly Paid” or “Reversed”. |

The system displays the following in the “Adjustment Information” multiline:
Document Type |
Indicates the type of document against which the invoice must be adjusted. It could be “Debit Note” or “Prepayment Invoice”. |
Document # |
The number identifying the debit note or prepayment invoice. |
Document Date |
The date on which the debit note or prepayment invoice has been created. |
Current Outstanding |
The amount due as on date to the supplier. |
Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book in which the details of the document is available. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Payment Schedule” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the payment schedule.
Select the “Payment Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the electronic payment made.
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the observations that have been recorded.
Select the “Invoice Summary” link at the bottom of the page to view the summary of the invoice.
Select the “Accounting Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the account posting information.
