Reviewing Risk Assessment

Review Risk Assessment

Select “Review Risk Assessment” activity under the “Risk Management” business component.

The “Review Risk Assessment” page appears.

Risk Assessment #	The number identifying the Risk Assessment.
Description	The description of the Risk Assessment Questionnaire
Assessment Period	The date from which the risk assessment is valid.
	The date until which the risk assessment is valid.
Employee	The employee code of the person who created the Risk Assessment.
Job Classification	The job classification of the employee who created the Risk Assessment.
Aircraft Reg. #	The aircraft registration number of the risk assessment.
Trip #	The trip # associated to the risk assessment.
Job Family	The job family of the employee who created the Risk Assessment.
SearchOn	Use the drop-down list box to specify the option based on which the risk assessment is to be retrieved. The system lists the options ‘Approver’, ‘CallSign’, ‘Req#’, ‘Risk Questionnaire#’ along with the blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.
	In the editable field alongside, enter the value based on the drop-down option selected.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the risk assessments details based on the search criteria entered.

Note: If user does not provide any search criteria then the system retrieves all risk assessments from crew anywhere and FlyAnywhere.

The system displays the following tiles along with the count of the risk assessment statuses.

All	Indicates the count of risk assessments in all statuses.
Pending Approval	Indicates the count of risk assessments in pending approval status.
Approved	Indicates the count of risk assessments in approved status.
Returned	Indicates the count of risk assessments in returned status.
Rejected	Indicates the count of risk assessments in rejected status.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Status	The status of the Risk Assessment.
Crew	Crew icon displaying the associated crew members to the trip if risk assessment associated to a trip or a trip is associated to the risk assessment. The icon will not be available if the risk assessment is not mentioned in/ associated to any trip in the application. If no crew member is associated to the trip, then the system leaves the field blank with trip# in the header.
Risk Assessment #	The number identifying the Risk Assessment. On click of the hyperlink ‘Manage Risk Assessment’ screen is launched.
Description	The description of the Risk Assessment Questionnaire.
Employee Code	The employee code of the person who created the Risk Assessment.
Employee Name	The name of the employee who created the Risk Assessment.
Job Classification	The job classification of the employee who created the Risk Assessment.
Score	The score of the risk assessment based on responses selected by the employee.
Assessment Date	The assessment date of the Risk Assessment.
Aircraft Reg. #	The aircraft registration number of the Risk Assessment.
Call Sign	The Call Sign for aircraft based entered in Risk Assessment.
Trip #	The trip # associated to the Risk Assessment.
Request #	The request # associated to the Risk Assessment.
Risk Questionnaire #	The number identifying the Risk Assessment Questionnaire.
Questionnaire Type	The type of the Risk Assessment Questionnaire.
Approver	The Approver name of the Risk Assessment.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Generate Risk Assessment Report” link at the bottom of the page to generate the Risk Assessment Report.
