Generating Customer Order Profitability
In this page, you can specify search criteria to generate the Customer Order Profitability report based on your requirement. Tell me more
Select the “Customer Order Profitability” link under the “Reports – Receivable Management” business component.
The “Customer Order Profitability ” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to generate customer order profitability report:
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book. The drop-down list displays all Active Posting finance books for the company including ‘All’. Select ‘All’ to generate report for all finance books or select a finance book to generate the report for a single specific finance book. |
Customer # |
The identification number of the customer for which you wish to generate the report. Help facility available |
Report Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the report. The drop-down list box displays Summary, Detailed and Entity Level Cost. |
Contract # |
The identification # of the contract pertaining to the customer. Help facility available |
Customer Order # From |
The customer order # at the start of the range of customer orders. Mandatory. Help facility available |
Customer Order # To |
The customer order # at the end of the range of customer orders. Mandatory. The system generates profitability reports for all customer orders in the specified range. Help facility available |
Date From/To |
Use the first drop-down list box to select the date type. The drop-down list box displays: Billing Date or Customer Order Date. In the following input fields, enter start date and end date of the period for which you wish to generate the report. If you have selected Billing Date, the system considers all customer orders with billing date falling in the period between the specified dates. Similarly, selecting Customer Order Date would ensure that all customer orders created in the specified period would be shown in the report. |
Additional Search |
Use the first drop-down list box to select one more criterion for the retrieving data in the report. The drop-down list box displays Billing Status. On selection of Billing Status, the second drop-down list box displays: Billed, Unbilled and Partially Billed. The report retrieves those customer orders for which customer invoice is Billed/ Unbilled/ Partially Billed based on the billing status you have selected here. |
Click the “Print” pushbutton to view the report.
