View/Edit Hire Request

In this page, you can modify or cancel existing hire request and specification details. You can modify the position, department, job title, employee type, reason for hiring, number of employee required and location. On Delete, the system updates the status as deleted and you must specify the reason for cancellation.
You can modify and view the hiring and qualification requirement details. The hiring details consist of total experience and relevant years of experience. The qualification details consist of the qualification and descriptions of alternative qualifications.

To edit or view hire request details

  1. Click Recruitment from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click RFH ID datahyperlink in the multiline of RFH Summary page.

  3. The system launches the View/Edit Hire Request page.

The system displays the RFH ID, RFH Date, RFH Position and RFH Status.

  1. The Request Details section displays the Employment OU, Position, Department and Job of the employee.

  2. Choose an option from Reason for Hiring combo to specify the reason for hiring the employee. The system lists New Requirement, Vacancy and Replacement and Termination as options.

  3. The system displays Description of the job.

  4. Choose an option from Work Location combo to specify name of location where the employment unit/company is situated.

  5. Choose an option from Employee Type combo to specify the employee type. The system lists of all type of employees as options.

  6. Enter Number of Employees required.

  7. The system displays the date on which the hire request is made.

  8. Enter the date by which the employee has to be hired.

  9. Choose an option from the Total Work Experience combo to specify total number of years of experience required for job.

  10. Choose an option from the Relevant Work Experience combo to specify the relevant experience required for job.

  11. Choose an option from the Industry Type/Sector combo to specify industry type or sector to which the organization belongs. The system lists all the available values from Employee Additional Information activity.

  12. Choose an option from Full/Part Time combo to specify whether employment is full time or part time. The system lists Full Time and Part-time as options.

  13. In the Qualification Required section, choose an option from Qualification combo to specify the qualification required for job.

  14. Choose an option from Alternate Qualification to specify alternate qualification required for job.

  15. Click Modify button to modify or update hire request details.

The system updates hire request details.

  1. The system displays hiring budget dashboard at the right side of the page.

The Profile availability Dashboard is shown at the bottom of the page.

To delete hire request details

  1. Click Recruitment from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click RFH ID data hyperlink in the multiline of RFH Summary page.

  3. The system launches the View/Edit Hire Request page.

The system displays RFH ID, RFH Date, RFH Position and RFH Status.

Make required modifications to the data displayed. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.

  1. Click Delete button to delete hire request details.

The system deletes hire request details and updates the status as “Deleted”.
