This page helps you to view your team details, pending request, internal job posting and training details. You can view your details in different sections. My team section provides your team, supervisor, reportees and colleague details. The system displays the pending leave request, claim request, RFH request and training nomination request.
You can view the internal job posting and grievance details. You can view to do list and announcements of the organization. You can view the training details scheduled for the current month. You can authorize training nomination, internal job posting and training feedback of the reportees.
This page allows the employee to do the following
Employee information should be defined in the Employee Personal Information component.
Click Home from the Portal Login menu.
Click Home on the right menu.
The My Team section displays your name, employee ID, designation and location.
a) Click My Reportees tab to view the list of employees reporting to you.
b) Click My Colleagues tab to view the list of your colleagues.
The Pending Requests section displays your pending leave request, claim request, RFH request and training nomination request.
The To Do List section displays the list of actions to be performed for the current month.
The My Trainings section displays number of training sessions scheduled for the employee. The system displays the trainings scheduled for the next month.
The Announcements section displays the announcements made by the organization.
The Information section displays information about internal job posting and grievances. Click View Job Opportunities link to view internal job postings. Click Response to Grievances link to view grievance response details.
The Quick Links section displays various links to retrieve the corresponding details.
The Team Tasks section displays various links to retrieve the task details of the team.
The Other Links section displays other organization links like HR Policies, Ramco Connect HR and so on.
