Identification Details

This page allows you to record information about documents related to your identity like Identification Type, Document Number, Validity period, Date and Place of Issue and Issuing Authority.

Objective

This page allows the employee to do the following

Procedure

To add identification details

  1. Click Employee Information from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click Identification Details on the right menu.

  3. Choose an option from Type combo to specify the type of document which is used to record identification information. The system lists all the available values from Employee Additional Information activity.

  4. Enter unique Number of the document specified as identification type.

  5. Enter name of the Place where the specified document has been issued.

  6. Enter name of the Authority who issued the document.

  7. Enter the date on which document has been Issued.

  8. Enter the Date From which the document is valid.

  9. Enter the Date Till which the document is valid.

  10. Enter Remarks or Comments if any regarding the identification details of login employee.

  11. Click Add button to add the identification details.

Note: The system saves identification details.

  1. Click Clear button to clear the entered identification details.

To edit or delete identification details

  1. Click Employee Information from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click Identification Details on the right menu.

The system retrieves and displays identification details in the multiline. Make required modifications to the data displayed. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.

  1. Click Save icon in each row to save the modified identification details.

  2. Click Delete icon in each row to delete the identification details.

To view identification details

  1. Click Employee Information from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click the Identification Details on the right menu to view the identification details.

The system retrieves and displays identification details in the multiline. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.
