Contact Address

This page allows you to record your contact details in an exhaustive way. You can record complete address and other contact details under different Contact Types, like Permanent, Holiday, Temporary, Communication etc.

Procedure

To add contact address

  1. Click Employee Information Management from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click Contact Address menu on the right menu.

  3. Choose the Type of contact from the combo to specify the type of contact. The system lists all the available types from Employee Personal Information component.

  4. Enter Address Line 1, Address Line 2 and Address Line 3 of the employee.

  5. Enter Postal Code of the country.

  6. Choose an option from Country combo to specify the code that identifies the country to which the employee belongs.

  7. Choose an option from State combo to specify the state to which the employee belongs.

  8. Enter Email Address of the employee.

  9. Enter Contact Number of the employee.

  10. Select the checkbox against Primary Address to specify the address as primary.

  11. Enter the date from which the contact details are effective.

  12. Click Add button to add the contact details.

Note: The system saves contact details and generates effective from date.

  1. Click Clear button to clear the entered contact address details.

To edit or delete contact address

  1. Click Employee Information Management from the Portal Login menu.

  2. Click Contact Address menu on the right menu.

The system retrieves and displays contact details in the multiline. Make required modifications to the data displayed. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.

  1. Click Save icon in each row to save the modified contact details.

  2. Click Delete in each row to delete the contact address.

To view contact address

  1. Click Employee Information Management from Portal Login menu.

  2. Click Contact Address menu on the right menu.

The system retrieves and displays contact details in multiline. Refer Fields in this Screen topic for an explanation of the fields displayed.
