About WorkSpace
Overview
Introduction to WorkSpaces: To meet today’s emerging challenges and to provide a highly productive, yet simple performance-driven environment throughout the hierarchy of a company including the middle, junior management and all executive personnel, “WorkSpaces” have been designed. WorkSpace presents only the important and relevant information based on the context (role / function) and the rest is just a click away. Actionable data and alerts are provided in the form of a to-do / exception list embedded with operational metrics that aid in effective decision support / data capture.
WorkSpace is role-based and focuses around data and actions to be taken by providing key information with possible follow-up actions for various business scenarios. The data provided in a WorkSpace can be used for effective decision-making and also for continuous assessment of the business.

How to launch

1. In the http://ramcovm436/extui/
2. Enter the Username and the Password and click Signin. The WorkSpace Menu appears. See Figure 2.

3. From the workspace Main Menu, select any of the WorkSpaces e.g. Customer Order Management. The Customer Order Management WorkSpace appears. See Figure 3.

WorkSpace Layout
WorkSpace is divided into various sections as below:
Search
This section displays the count of all the actionable documents/transactions pertaining to a function area on launch of the WorkSpace. On click of a count, the relevant records are displayed. For example, you can retrieve stock documents from a specific warehouse in the Stores Operations WorkSpace. Likewise, you can retrieve specific aircraft/components with escalations/overdue tasks from technical Record WorkSpace.
Search Filter
This section helps you to filter the search output on the basis of attributes of transactions.
Summary-level
You can view the document details of transactions in this section.
Detail-level
The section displays details of the document selected in the Summary-level section.
Graphs
A graphical representation of the information retrieved in the WorkSpace is available in this section.
Quick Links
Access to links for the next valid action to complete the process by the user.
