Pick An Asset

This page helps you to search and select an asset - organization unit (OU) details. You can select an asset by specifying the Asset Name Like and Asset Description Like in the header. You can also specify the Organization Unit (OU) name and description for searching the asset details. Based on the search criteria the details are retrieved in the multiline and the selected data is transferred to the main screen when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon next to the “Asset Name” Field.

The “Pick An Asset” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the header:

OU Name Like	A unique organization unit name by which you wish to retrieve the asset details.
OU Description Like	The description of organization unit by which you wish to retrieve the asset details.
Asset Name Like	A unique asset name by which you wish to retrieve the asset details.
Asset Description Like	The description of asset name by which you wish to retrieve the asset details.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to search the asset details.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the multiline.

OU Name	A unique organization unit name.
OU Description	The description of organization unit.
Asset Name	A unique asset name as defined in the 3.0 environment.
Asset Description	The description of asset name.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an asset - organization unit (OU) details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
