Map Database Asset to Organization Units

This activity allows you to map the resource organization unit to the target database.

Select the “Map Database Asset to Organization Units” link under the “Portlet Mapping” business component.

The “Map Database Asset to Organization Units” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Enter the following details in the header:

Resource ID

Use the drop-down list box to select the resource id and map the asset name to the primary database name. The combo is loaded with the resource names specified in the Resource Management server.

The system displays the following details in the multiline.

OU Name	The organization unit name.
OU Description	The description of organization unit.
Asset Name	The name of the asset.
Asset Description	The description of asset name.

Enter the following detail in the multiline:

Primary Database Name

A unique name of the target database to which the asset name has to be mapped.

Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
