View Legacy Data – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the details of the legacy data that have been uploaded into the system. You can also view the details of the errors if an error has occurred while uploading the legacy data.

View details of the legacy data
Legacy data is required by an organization that is migrating from legacy into the “Ramco iEnterprise 4.0” system. Legacy is usually required to compare the financial statements of the organization with the previous years. The decision to maintain the legacy details is decided during the installation process.

View the details based on a selected finance book.
The data is uploaded from an external source that could be an MS-Excel sheet or a database. Errors might have occurred during the uploading process for voluminous data. These errors can be viewed before repeating the upload process.
