Viewing CO maintenance object details
Click the “CO Maint. Obj.” tab.
The “Maint. Info.” group box displays the following.
Order Applicability |
The maintenance object associated with the customer service order, such as Aircraft, Parts and Others. |
Part Applicability |
The component type, if the part associated with the customer order is a component. This field displays “Non-Component”, if the part is not a component. |
Shop Job Type |
The type of the part associated with the customer order. For example, Component, Engine, Facility, Make, Miisc., Piece Part and Project. |
The “Aircraft Effectivity” group box displays the following.
Note: The following fields display values, only if the order applicability of the customer service order is “Aircraft”.
Aircraft Reg. # |
The aircraft repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Aircraft MSN |
The manufacturer serial number of the aircraft repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Aircraft Model # |
The model of the aircraft repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
The “Part Effectivity” multiline displays the following.
Note: The following fields display values, only if the order applicability of the customer service order is “Part”.
Part # |
The part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Mfr. Part # |
The manufacturer part # of the part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Mfr. # |
The manufacturer of the part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Part Serial # |
The serial number of the part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Part MSN |
The manufacturer serial number of the part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Part Description |
The description of the part repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Qty. |
The number of parts repaired/overhauled through the customer service order. |
Exe. Doc. # |
The customer order or the execution document generated for the customer order for the maintenance object. |
Parent WO # |
The parent work order of the execution document generated for the customer order associated with the maintenance object. |
The “CO Maint. Obj.” tab provides details of the maintenance object repaired/serviced/overhauled by the customer order. The maintenance object may be an aircraft or a part though many serial numbers of the part that are serviced by a customer order.
If the maintenance object is an aircraft, the aircraft-related fields display values while the part-related fields remain blank and vice versa, if the maintenance object is a part.
