Viewing pricing details

Click the “Pricing Summary” tab.

The “Current Ref. Details” group box displays the following.

CO #	The customer service order
Exe. Doc. Type	The type of the execution document that you have selected in the “Exe. Doc. Info.” section.
Exe. Doc. #	The execution document that you have selected in the “Exe. Doc. Info.” section.

Select the following in the “Search Filters” group box.

View Option

Use the drop-down list box to indicate the summary that you wish to view. The drop-down list box displays the following: Billing Info. and Actuals info. Select:

No to indicate that the task is stipulated in the customer order.
Actual Info. , if you wish to view material details as per T & M pricing.

Select the “Search” pushbutton to display details of the customer order in the “Release Pricing Summary” multiline.

Pricing Element	The billing head under which the price is charged to the customer such as Materials, Labor, other Resources, additional charges etc.
T & M Price	The T & M price for the customer service order.
Fixed Price	The sum of price of the customer service order fixed.
Total Price	The final price for the customer service order, which will be equal to, T & M Price + Fixed Price
