Select the “Vietnam Statutory Reports” activity under the “Vietnam Statutory Reports” business component.
The “Vietnam Statutory Reports” page appears.

Select the following in the header:

Vietnam Statutory Setup Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the Vietnam Statutory Setup Unit for which you require to generate the report. |
Enter the following in the “Report Filter Criteria” group box:

Tax Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select tax year for which you require to generate the report. The combo is loaded with the options defaulted with the tax years. |

Company |
Use the drop-down list box to select the company for which you require to generate the report. |
|
Employee Code From |
The employee code from which you require to generate the report. |
|
Employee Code To |
The employee code until which you require to generate the report. |
|
Process Period From |
The process period from which you require to generate the report. |
|
Process Period To |
The process period until which you require to generate the report. |
|
Leave Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of leave for which you require to generate the report. |
Note: The leave type can be selected only for generating the leave claim reports
To generate leave claim reports
Select the “Form C66a- HD” pushbutton to generate the sick leave report of the employee.
Select the “Form C67a- HD” pushbutton to generate the maternity leave report of the employee.
Select the “Form C69a- HD” pushbutton to generate the extra maternity leave report of the employee.
To generate social insurance reports
Select the “Form 01a-TBH” pushbutton to generate the social insurance report.
