Vietnam Employee Residentship Detail
Select the “Vietnam Employee Residentship Detail” activity under the “Vietnam Statutory Administration” business component.
The “Vietnam Employee Residentship Detail” page appears.

The system displays the following
Vietnam Statutory Administration Unit |
The Vietnam statutory administration unit to which an employee belongs. |
Enter the following details in the “Quick Entry for Employee Residentship Detail” group box:
Employee Code |
The code that identifies the employee for whom the tax exemption declaration details are to be defined. |
The system displays the following in the “Quick Entry for Employee Residentship Detail” group box:
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. It is fetched on press of Enter Key on Employee code or by selecting an employee using help. |
Assignment First Effective From |
The date from which the assignment is first effective. |
Nationality |
The nationality of the resident. |
Resident Card No |
The card number of the resident. |
Enter the following details in the “Quick Entry for Employee Residentship Detail” group box:
Residentship Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the residentship. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the user defined “Maintain Quick Codes” activity. |
Residentship Status Effective From |
The date from which the residentship status is effective. |
Current Tax Year Start Date |
The start date of the current tax year. |
Current Tax Year End Date |
The end date of the current tax year. |
Remarks |
Any remarks regarding the employee residentship details. |
Click the “Add” pushbutton to add the employee residentship details to the multiline. The details are saved only on click of “Save” push button. Else, the data added in the multiline is discarded. You can add data directly into the multiline without going through the ‘Quick Entry section’. However, in every case, the “Save” pushbutton has to be pressed to Save the entries made in the multiline.

Employee Code |

Click the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the employee residentship details.

Residentship Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the residentship. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in the user defined “Maintain Quick Codes” activity. |
Employee Code From |
The code identifying the employee from which you want to retrieve the employee residentship details. |
Employee Code To |
The code identifying the employee until which you want to retrieve the employee residentship details. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the tax exempted item details in the multiline.
