Viewing course descriptions and manuals

Select the “View Course Descriptions and Manuals” from the left pane.
The “View Course Descriptions and Manuals” page appears.
The date format that is applicable to the login user is displayed in the “Date Format” field.
The code and name of the login user / employee are also displayed.
Specify the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to find the course for which you want the description.

Course |
The identification code of the course. To retrieve all courses with codes that contain a given set of characters, type in these characters in combination with wild cards. For example, if you type in “*123*”, the system retrieves all courses with codes containing “123”. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details of courses that satisfy the given criteria.

Course Description |
The long description of the course. |
|
Course Manual |
The title of the manual related to the course. |

Select the “Link for Course Description” link to open the course description document.
Select the “Link for Course Manual” link to open the course manual document.
