The system displays the following fields.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Training Calendar |
The short description of the training calendar. |
Employee |
The identification code and name of the employee. |
Course Code |
The identification code of the training course. |
Course Description |
The long description of the course. |
Start Date |
The commencement date of the selected course. |
End Date |
The completion date of the selected course. |
4 The following details are displayed in the multiline.
Evaluation Tests |
The type of evaluation test conducted for the trainee. For Example, objective type or quiz. |
Tests Due Date |
The date before which the evaluation tests are to be conducted. |
Weights (In%) |
The weight or significance of the evaluation test, in percentage. |
Minimum desired Ratings |
The minimum ratings that the employee is required to score in the evaluation tests. |
Maximum Rating |
The maximum ratings for the evaluation tests of the course, as defined by the training administrator. |
4 Specify the following details in the multiline.
Numeric Rating |
The numeric rating of the trainee on the evaluation test. It is user defined. For example, the numeric rating can be from 1 to 10. |
Grade |
The grade obtained by the trainee in the evaluation test. The drop-down list box displays the following values: "Pass", "Fail" and "Completed". |
Note: You can specify either the numeric rating or the grade obtained by the trainee
Remarks |
The remarks pertaining to the trainee evaluation for the course. |
The “Ratings” of the trainee’s evaluation is displayed in the following field.
Rating (In %) |
The ratings of the evaluation, in percentage. |
4 On selecting the “Compute Overall Rating” pushbutton, the following detail gets displayed.
Overall Ratings (In %) |
The overall ratings secured by the trainee for the entire course / all the evaluation tests. |
4 Specify the following details.
Status |
The status of the trainee evaluation. From the drop- down list box, select:

Comments |
The general remarks pertaining to the trainee evaluation. |
Select the "Save" pushbutton.
4 Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
4 You can view or modify the content.
4 Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
4 Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
The test results recorded previously are displayed in the page, if any.
You can modify the following details: "Numeric Rating", "Grade", "Remarks", "Status" and "Comments".
4 Select the “Save” pushbutton.
4 Select “Delete” pushbutton to delete the entire record.
