4     Select “Course Cost summary  Report ” link on the left pane.

4     The “Course Cost Summary” page appears.

4     The system displays the following field

The date format applicable to the login user.

From the drop down list box, select the required reporting unit.

4     Enter any or all of the following in the “Report Criteria” group box

Employment Unit

 

From the drop-down list box, select the name of the employment unit for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Training Calendar Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the training calendar unit for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Training Calendar

From the drop-down list box, select the training calendar for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Training No

The training number of the training for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Course Code

The unique code of the course for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Course Description

To view the course cost summary report of all the course description  which contain specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these course descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

Date From

The date from which you require to view the course cost summary report.

Date To

The date until which you require to view the course cost summary report.

Department Code

The unique code of the department for which you require to generate the course cost summary report.

Department Description

To view the course cost summary report of all employees whose departments contain specific characters, enter one or more characters of the department. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

4     Select the following in the “Display Criteria” Group box

From the drop down list box, select the required type of date format to be displayed in the report.

4     Select the “ Course Cost summary Reports” pushbutton  at the bottom of the page.

The system displays the Course Cost summary report based on the report criteria and display criteria.
