        Select the “Position Development Plan” link under the “Training Report” business component.

The “Position Development Plan” page appears.

The system displays the following field.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

To specify report criteria    

       Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit for which you require to generate the position development plan report.

Department

From the drop-down list box, select the department for which you require to generate the position development plan report.

Position

From the drop-down list box, select the position for which you require to generate the position development plan report.

PDP Period

From the drop-down list box, select the position development plan period for which you require to generate the position development plan report

To generate the position development plan report
