The training number of the course

Program Code

To view all the program codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in P*, the system will display all the records having the prefix P.

Program

To view all programs description containing specific characters, type in the characters of the program in any combination with wild cards. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG. Alternatively, type the description of the program

Module Code

To view all the module codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in M*, the system will display all the records having the prefix M. Alternatively, type the code of the module.

Module Short Description

To view all the module description containing specific characters, type in the characters of the module in any combination with wild cards. For example, if you type in TRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TRG.  Alternatively, type the description of the module.

Course Code

To view all the course codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C.  Alternatively, type the course code.

Course Short Description

To view all the course description containing specific characters, type in the characters of the course in any combination with wild cards. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C.  Alternatively, type the course short description.

From Date

Type in a starting range of the date in the “From Date” field to view all the courses that started on a particular date.

To Date

The end date of the course.

Training Area

From the drop-down list box, select the training area.

Internal Classification                  

From the drop-down list box, select the internal classification as any one of the following

  • Career Development

  • Induction

  • None

  • Training Plan                       

Department Code

To view all the department codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in D*, the system will display all the records having the prefix D. Alternatively, type the department code.

Department Description

 To view all the department description, type in the characters of the department in any combination with wild cards. For example, if you type in D*, the system will display all the records having the prefix D. Alternatively, type the description of the department.

Employee Code From

The lower range of the employee code. For example, to view                    the details of employee code from 1000 to 2000, enter 1000.

Employee Code To

The upper range of the employee code. For example, to view the details of employee code from 1000 to 2000, enter 2000.

The system displays the following in the multiline. 

Employment Unit

The employment unit of the employee

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee

Employee Name

The name of the employee

Assignment No.

The assignment number of the employee

Department

The department to which the employee belongs

Position Title

The position title held by the employee.

Training Area

The subject or primary focus of training. For example, “Technologies”

Internal Classification

The internal classification can be any one of the following

  • Career Development

  • Induction

  • None

  • Training Plan       

Training Calendar

The training calendar for which the course has been mapped

Training No.

The training number of the course

Program

The name of the program

Module

A short description of the module

Course Code

The unique code of the course

Course

The name of the course

Course Provider

The name of the course provider

Venue Type

The venue type can be any one of the following

  • Internal

  • External

  • Int + Ext

Date From

The date from which the training was conducted

Date To

The date until which the training was conducted

Training Hours

The number of hours for which the training was conducted

CPD/PDU Points

The Continuing Professional Development / Professional Development Unit points that the trainee gains on attending the course. Each course may have different points as specified by the government.

Attendance %

The percentage of number of employees, who attended the training
