The assignment related to the course.

Program              

The short description of the training program.

Module

The short description of the module in the training program.

Course

The short description of the course.

Training No.

The training number of the course.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training calendar.

End Date

The end date of the selected training calendar.

 

Conducted On

The date on which the pre course discussion took place.

 

Discussion Status

The current status of the discussion.

 

 

 

The following details are displayed in the “Subordinate’s Comments During The Pre Course Discussion” multiline.                           

Learning Objectives

The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management.

Weights

The significance of the learning objective in comparison with the other learning objectives. For example, 5 and 10.

 

Weights (in %)

The weights specified in percentage.

 

Minimum Desired Rating

The least necessary rating that the employee must score in the set objective.

 

Maximum Rating

The highest rating that an employee can score in the set objective.

 

Target Set

The rating that the employee is expected to score.

Corporate KPI

The description of the corporate KPI.

Remarks

Suggestions or opinion on the KPI.

The following details are displayed in the "Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

Department KPI

The description of the department KPI.

Suggestions or opinion on the KPI.

The following details are displayed in the “Other Contributions I Could Consider” group box.

Other Performance Factors

The description of causes that helped the employee to improve his/her work.

Remarks

Comments or opinion of the supervisor on the causes that influenced the performance of the employee.

Performance Target 1

The target that the employee intends to achieve with the new skills acquired from training.

Target Date

The date by which the employee must achieve the performance target.

The target that the employee intends to achieve with the new skills acquired from training.

The date by which the employee must achieve the performance target.

Performance Target 3

The target that the employee intends to achieve with the new skills acquired from training.

Target Date

The date by which the employee must achieve the performance target.

Remarks or opinion of the employee on the targets set.
