The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.

Employee Code

The name of selected employee for whom you want to record the pre course discussion details.

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The short description of the training program.

Module

The short description of the module in the training program.

Course

The short description of the course.

Training No.

The sequence number of the training course.

Month / Quarter

The month or quarter during which the course was conducted.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training calendar.

End Date

The end date of the selected training calendar.

 

Conducted On

The date on which the course was conducted.

 

 Status

Current status of the discussion.

The date on which the post course review was held is displayed in the “Conducted On” field.

The following detail is displayed in the “Performance Rating” multiline.                       

Performance Target Set

The level of performance expected from the employee.

Rating Achieved (1-5)

The rating that the employee has scored in the training course.

Overall Rating (in %)

The overall rating in percentage.

Remarks

Any comments on the rating that the employee scored.

The system displays the rating in percentage in the “Rating (in %)” field.

Any remarks on the rating are displayed in the “Comments” field.

Supervisor’s comments during post course review

A selected “My Trainee’s Performance Target Were Met” check box indicates that the trainee has achieved the target that was fixed in the post course discussion. A clear check box indicates the contrary.

The factors that contributed to the trainee’s performance are displayed in the “Reason” field.

Details of trainee’s performance improvement

The following details are displayed in the “Improvements Observed in the Performance after the Training” group   box.

Comments 1

Suggestions or opinion of the supervisor on the employee’s performance subsequent to training.

Comments 2

Suggestions or opinion of the supervisor on the performance of the employee subsequent to training.

Comments 3

Suggestions or opinion of the supervisor on the employee’s performance subsequent to training.

Corporate KPI were met

A selected check box indicates that the trainee achieved the corporate KPIs as a result of training.

A clear check box indicates the contrary.

Department KPI were met

A selected check box indicates that the trainee achieved the department KPIs as a result of training.

A clear check box indicates the contrary.

Comments 1

Any suggestions or opinion on the employee’s performance.

Comments 2

Any suggestions or opinion on the employee’s performance.

Comments 3

Any suggestions or opinion on the employee’s performance.

Certification Required

A selected check box indicates that certification is necessary.

The details of the certificate in the field are provided alongside.

Date of Certification

The date on which the certificate was granted.
