Select the “View Post Course Discussion” link in the “View Employee Learning Track” page.
The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.
Employee Code |
The name of selected employee for whom you want to record the pre course discussion details. | |
Assignment No |
The assignment related to the employee. | |
Program |
The short description of the training program. | |
Module |
The short description of the module in the training program. | |
Course |
The short description of the course. | |
Training No. |
The sequence number of the training course. | |
Month/Quarter |
The month or quarter during which the course was conducted. | |
Start Date |
The start date of the selected training calendar. | |
End Date |
The end date of the selected training calendar. | |

Conducted On |
The date on which the post course discussion was conducted |

Discussion Status |
Current status of the discussion. |
The date on which the post course discussion was held is displayed in the “Conducted On” field.
The following fields are displayed in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.
Learning Objectives |
The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management. |

Weights(in %) |
The significance of the objective in terms of percentage. |
Target Set |
The rating that the employee is expected to score. |
Minimum Desired Rating |
The least necessary rating that the employee must score in the set objective. |
Maximum Desired Rating |
The highest rating that the employee can score in the set objective. |
Rating (in %) |
The actual rating that the employee scored in the objective. |
Rating Achieved |
The rating awarded to the employee for the objective. |
Grade |
The grade under which the rating is categorized. |
Remarks |
Comments of the subordinate/trainee on the performance rating. |
The aggregate rating for the all the learning objectives are displayed in the "Overall Rating (in %) field.
The general comments are displayed in the “Comments” field.
A selected “My Learning Objectives Were Met” check box indicates that the employee achieved purpose of the training program. A clear check box indicates the contrary.
The factors that helped the employee to achieve the set objectives is displayed in the “Reason” field.
