Select the “Sponsor Employees Based on Competency Gaps” option from the left pane.
The “Select Employee to Identify Competency Gaps” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
Supervisor |
The name of the supervisor who has logged in. |
Enter the following.
Assignment No. |
Select the assignment number. The drop-down list box displays all the assignment number that is assigned to the supervisor. Select the required assignment number from the drop- down list box. |
You can select the required employee using the search criteria.
Enter the values for the search criteria in some or all of the following fields.
Employee Code

To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in Emp*, the system will display all the records having the prefix Emp. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in JO*, the system will display all the records having the prefix JO. |
Position Title |
To view all the position titles containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. |
Job Title |
To view all the job titles containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character. |
Department |
To view all the department names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character. |
On selecting the search pushbutton the following will be displayed in the “Search Result” Multiline
Employment Unit |
Select the organization unit that interacts with the Training General Information Unit to access the Selecting employee to identify competency gaps. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component. |
Employee Code |
The unique code that identifies the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the employee. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the selected employee. |
Select “Identify Competency Gaps” link from “Select Employee to Identify Competency Gaps” page.
