Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details

Supervisor

The name of the supervisor who has logged in.

 

Assignment No.

Select the assignment number. The drop-down list box displays all the assignment number that is assigned to the supervisor. Select the required assignment number from the drop- down list box.

Employee Code

             

 

To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in Emp*, the system will display all the records having the prefix Emp.

Employee Name

To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in JO*, the system will display all the records having the prefix JO.

Position Title

To view all the position titles containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *.

Job Title

To view all the job titles containing specific characters,  type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character.

Department

To view all the department names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character.

Employment Unit

Select the organization unit that interacts with the Training General Information Unit to access the Selecting employee to identify competency gaps. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component.

Employee Code

The unique code that identifies the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee.

Department

The name of the department to which the employee belongs.

Assignment No

The assignment number of the selected employee.
