Using the Self Service component of training, the employees can request for a training program or the training administrator can also arrange for a training program for the employees based on their competency gaps.

The “Delete Training Request” activity enables the employee to delete the requests for a training program that they have placed earlier. You can also make a general request to delete the training program by specifying a particular course name.
