Editing the course budget
Select the “Edit Course Budget” link from “Edit Program/Module/Course for Training Calendar” page.
The “Edit Course Budget” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Training Calendar Unit |
The name of the training calendar unit where the training component is deployed. Tell me more |
Training calendar code |
The code that identifies the training calendar. |
Program |
The name and the code of the program. |
Module |
The name of the module. |
Course |
The name of the course. |
Training No. |
The unique number that identifies an independent course in the training calendar. |
Budget Creation Date |
The date on which the budget of the course is created. By default, the system displays the current date. You can modify the date, if required. |
You can edit the following in the multiline.
Training Expense Head |
From the drop-down list box, select required the training expense head. For example, faculty fees, rent for venue, training material cost, etc. |
Budget Amount |
The budget amount calculated for the course. Enter the numeric value. |
Currency |
From the drop-down list box, select the currency applicable for the budget amount. |
Remarks |
Your remarks about the course budget, if any. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
Select “Save” pushbutton to save the details you have entered.
Select “Delete” pushbutton to delete the existing details.
Use this page to edit the course budget.
