Viewing calendar
Select the required hyperlinked training calendar from the “Training Calendar Desc.” column in the “Search Results” multiline in the “Select Calendar to View” page.
The “View Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Training Calendar Unit |
The name of the training calendar. |
Training Calendar Code |
The unique code that identifies the training calendar. |
Training Calendar Description |
The description of the training calendar. |
Calendar Period From |
The start date of the period from which the training calendar is valid. Example, the training calendar can be valid from 1st January 2002. |
Calendar Period To |
The end date of the period till which the training calendar is valid. Example, the training calendar can be valid till 31st December 2002. |
The following details are displayed in “Program in Training Calendar” multiline.
Program Code |
The code that identifies the program. |
Program Description |
The description of the program corresponding to the program code. |
Start Date |
The start date of the period from which the training program within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular training program can be valid from 15th January 2002. |
End Date |
The end date of the period till which the training program within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular training program can be valid till 15th February 2002. |
Whole Program Mandatory |
Displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the entire program is mandatory or not. |
The following details are displayed in “Independent modules in a training calendar” multiline.
Module Code |
The code that identifies the module. |
Module Description |
The description of the module corresponding to the module code is displayed here. |
Start Date |
The start date of the period from which the module within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular training module can be valid from 16th January 2002. |
End Date |
The end date of the period till which the module within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular training module can be valid till 26th January 2002. |
Whole Module Mandatory |
Displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the entire module is mandatory or not. |
The following details are displayed in the “Independent Courses in Training Calendar” multiline.
Course Code |
The code that identifies the course. |
Course Description |
The description of the course corresponding to the course code. |
Course Type |
The type of the course is displayed. It displays one of the following values: technical, non technical, behavioral or any other. |
Start Date |
The start date of the period from which the course within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular course can be valid from 20th January 2002. |
End Date |
The end date of the period till which the course within the training calendar is valid. Example, a particular course can be valid till 23rd January 2002. |
Month / Quarter |
The period when the course is scheduled to commence. Either the name of the month or quarter is displayed. |
Training No. |
The unique number that identifies an independent course in the training calendar. |
No Of Days |
The course duration in terms of days. |
