Updating qualification for employees

From “Select Course for Updating Competency/Qualification” page, select “Updating Qualification for Employees” link.
The “Update Qualification for Employees” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user |
Course Code |
The code identifying the course |
Course |
The name of the course |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Start Date |
The start date of the training calendar. |
End Date |
The end date of the training calendar. |
The following details are displayed under the “Qualification Acquired” group box.
Qualification Code |
The unique code that identifies the qualification. |
Qualification Type |
The type of the qualification. It can display any one of the following values: “ Professional” or “Technical” |
Qualification Description |
The description of the qualification. |
Qualification Level |
The level of the qualification acquired by the employee through the training program. It can display any one of following values :“Undergraduate”, “Postgraduate”, “Diploma”, “Certification” and “License”. |
Specialization |
The area of specialization. For Example, it can be Finance, Marketing. |
Specify the following details pertaining to the qualification acquired by the employee.
Period From |
The period from which the updated qualification is valid. |
Period To |
The period till which the updated qualification is valid. |
Effective From |
The date from which the updated qualification is effective. |
The following details are displayed in the “employee details in the multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code pertaining to the employee |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee |
Position Title |
The title of position held by the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Employment Unit |
The name of the employment unit to which the employee belongs |
Rejection Reason |
The reason for rejecting the update of qualification acquired by the employee. |
Enter the following field in the multiline.

Form the drop-down list box, select "Yes" to update qualification information. "No" to cancel update. |
Select the required employee by clicking the “Employee Name” field in the multiline.
The “Update Qualification Details” screen appears.
To Update the record
You can view the details pertaining to the qualification acquired by the employee through the training program and select the “Save” pushbutton to update the details.
Use this page to update the qualification details of the selected employee.
