From the “Select Course for Updating Competency/Qualification” page, select “Select Employee for Updating Competency” link.
The “Select Employee to Update Competency Details” page appears.
The system displays the following .
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Course Code |
The code identifying the course. |
Course Description |
The short description of the course. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
Start Date |
The start date of the training calendar. |
End Date |
The end date of the training calendar. |
The following will be displayed in the “Employee Details” multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code pertaining to the employee |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee |
Position Title |
The title of position held by the employee. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
the title of the job held by the employee. |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Employment Unit |
The name of the employment unit to which the employee belongs. |
Status |
The status of the updated competency details |
Select the required employee by clicking the “Employee Name” field in the multiline.
Select the “Update Competency Details” link from “Select Employee for Updating Competency” page.
To proceed
Select “Updating for Competency details” link from “Select Course for Updating Competency/Qualification” page.
Use this page to select the employee whose competency you want to update.
