Recording details of training documents
Select “Record Training Information Documents” from the left pane.
The “Record Training Information Documents” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following fields.
Training Administration Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must record the information on documents. |
Training Calendar Unit |
Select the organization unit associated with training calendar. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create training calendar groups. |
Training Calendar |
From the drop-down list box, select the training calendar for which you want to record the documents. |
Enter the following details on "Training Documents" multiline.
Training Information Document |
The name of the course related document. |
Document File Name |
The file that contains the document. |
Remarks |
Any comments or additional details on the document. For example, Author, Publisher and Availability. |
The system displays the serial number of the document in the “S.No” field.
Enter general remarks in the “Comments” field.
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
