4      From the trainee name field in the multiline, of the select trainee for evaluation page, select link to “Edit Trainee Evaluation” page.

4      The “Edit Trainee Evaluation” page appears.

4      The system displays the following fields.

Training Administration Unit

Select the organization unit in which you must Edit the trainee evaluation. Tell me more

Training Calendar Unit

The selected Training Calendar Unit .

Training Calendar

The description of the Training   Calendar.

Program

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the training module.

Course

The name of the training course.

Training No.

The training number of the course.

Start Date

The start date of the selected course.

End Date

The end date of the selected course.

Trainee

The employee code and name of the trainee.

4      The following details are displayed in the multiline.

Evaluation Test

The type of evaluation test conducted for the trainee.  For Example, objective type or quiz.

Weights (In%)

The weightage of the evaluation test,  in percentage.

Minimum desired Ratings

The minimum desired ratings that must be possessed by the trainee.

Maximum Rating

The maximum ratings for the course, as defined by the training administrator.

4      Specify the following details in the multiline.

Numeric Rating

The numeric rating of the trainee on the evaluation test.  It is user defined.  For example, the numeric rating can be from 1 to 10. 

Grade

The grade obtained by the trainee in the evaluation test.  It can any of the following values: Poor, Fair, Good and excellent. You can select the appropriate grade from the drop-down list box. 

Note: You can specify either the numeric rating or the grade obtained by the trainee

Remarks

The remarks pertaining to the trainee evaluation.

4      The “Ratings” of the trainee’s evaluation is displayed in the following field.

Rating (In %)

The ratings of the evaluation, in  percentage.

4      On selecting the “Compute Overall Rating” pushbutton, the following detail gets displayed.

Overall Ratings (In %)

The overall ratings secured by the trainee during the training program., in percentage.  

4      Specify the following details.

Status

The status of the trainee evaluation. From the drop- down list box, select the required option.  It can take either of the following values: “Complete” and “Incomplete”. The user can select the option “Complete”, if the evaluation is complete, else otherwise.

Comments

The comments pertaining to the trainee evaluation. 

To edit comments

4      Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.

4      You can view or modify the content.

4      Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.

4      Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

To Save the record

4      Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.

To Delete the Record

4      Select “Delete” pushbutton to delete the entire record.
