From the "Select Course to Edit Faculty Feedback" page select the required hyperlinked course from the multiline.
The “Edit Faculty Feedback” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
|
Training Administration Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must edit the feedback of the faculty. |
|
Training Calendar Unit |
The training calendar unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Training Calendar |
The description of the training calendar. |
|
Program |
The training program selected in the previous page. |
|
Module |
The training module selected in the previous page . |
|
Course |
The course selected in the previous page. |
|
Training No. |
The training number of the selected course. |
|
Start Date |
The start date of the selected course |
|
End Date |
The end date of the selected course. |
|
Faculty |
From the drop-down list box, select the name of the faculty. |
The following detail is displayed in the “Feedback Details” multiline.

Parameter |
The parameters pertaining to the training. This field takes the value from the quick codes. For example, the parameter can be the training methods involved. |

Grade |
The rating which the faculty has given for the feedback parameter These rating values will come from quick codes. For example, the rating values can be excellent, good, fair and poor. |
|
Remarks |
The remarks pertaining to the feedback, if any. |
|
Comments |
The comments pertaining to the faculty feedback. |
Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.
Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
To Save the Record.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
To Delete the details
Select “Delete” pushbutton, to delete the record.
Use this page to edit the feedback of the faculty.
