Ensure that you are in the “View Employee training details” page.
Select the help icon beside the “Employee code” field
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
Select the employment unit to which the assessor belongs, from the drop-down list box. |
To select through Search Criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the Employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the Employee code contains. Optionally you can enter Assignment no, Department description, Employee name, Position title and Job title to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the following fields.
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |
Assignment Number |
To view all assignment numbers, type in the starting character or characters of these assignment numbers. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Department Description |
To view all the department descriptions, type in the starting character or characters of these department descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Position Title |
To view all the position titles, type in the starting character or characters of these position titles. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Job Title |
To view all the job titles, type in the starting character or characters of these job titles. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the search results satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the details of the Help on Employee in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee who is chosen as an assessor. |
Assignment Number |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the assessor. |
Position Title |
The position title of the assessor. |
Department |
The department to which the assessor belongs. |
Job Title |
The job title of the assessor. |
Employment unit |
The employment unit to which the assessor belongs. |
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required Help on Employee details. After selecting the required Help on Employee record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The “ View employee training details” page reappears.
The selected Employee code is displayed in the “Employee Code” column
Use this page to select the employee code.
