Record Training Evaluation Setup– A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can define tests to evaluate trainees of a course.
The attributes of a test that you must specify include:
Weight
Minimum rating that a trainee must secure in the test
Maximum rating that a trainee can secure in the test
You can also modify the details of tests or delete any test.
Training Evaluation: Tests are conducted at the end of a course to determine the understanding and proficiency of skills gained by employees through the course.
Post Training Evaluation: Tests are also conducted after a specific period, consequent to a course. This is to find out if and how the application of newly acquired skills through training, has improved the work efficiency of employees. You must also specify the date and period during which these test must be conducted.
