Getting Help on Project

Select the help icon beside the “Project ID” field in the previous page.
The “Help on Project” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To select through search criteria
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Project ID |
From the drop-down list box, select the Project ID. |
|
Project Description |
To view all the project description containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the project description in any combination with wild cards “*”. |
Click on the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.

Code |
The code or the identifier of the project. |
|
Description |
The description of the project. |
Click on the “OK” button.
The system transfers the project details to the previous page.
