Getting Help on Cost Center

Select the help icon beside the “Cost Center” field in the previous page.
The “Help on Cost Center” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To select through search criteria
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Cost Center Code |
From the drop-down list box, select the cost center. |
|
Cost Center Description |
To view all the cost center description containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the project description in any combination with wild cards “*”. |
Click on the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.

Cost Center |
The code or the identifier of the cost center. |
|
Cost Center Description |
The description of the cost center. |
Click on the “OK” button.
The system transfers the cost center details to the previous page.
